Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Our server was extremely rude. He didn’t even speak to us. Then, I paid extra for sour cream that I just knew wasn’t going to be there, and it wasn’t. I will never go back to this location again. What an awful experience!

I swear the young lady at the first window (I believe her name is Savannah) holds this place together because every single time she isn’t there my food gets messed up or I get the wrong food entirely. She is always very pleasant and all smiles, I only get 30 minutes for lunch so that doesn’t leave me any time to return the wrong food when my order gets messed up so if I drive by and Savannah isn’t working then I go somewhere else. She is definitely the glue that holds this Taco Bell together so I sure hope she gets the respect and wage she deserves, thank you young lady

They are the rudest people! And the store manager let’s them get away with it. There is no respect or professionalism! Any employee who uses swear words, gets up into another employees face, and yells especially in front of customers should be fired on the spot. This has happened so many times that I refuse to go there anymore. The one on Dixie hwy isn’t much better. Must be the franchise stores.

Went to get some chalupa and they must have been out of the original shells because the shell I received was a shell from home and it was extremely greasy. Never have I ever received a greasy chalupa. And to top it off I also ordered the party box and all the hard shells was broke.
