Put in a mobile order. Sat in the drive through for 10-15 minutes for it to be made. When me and my wife got home, all 4 crunch wraps were completely almost void of any kind of topping. It was pretty much a tortilla and that’s it.

When I ordered I asked them to take an ingredient off of my burrito because I am allergic to it. Also ordered and payed for extra sauce. I even verified a second time that the ingredient wouldn’t be on my burrito and she assured me it wouldn’t be. I get home to find that the ingredient I’m allergic to is in the burrito, and there is no sauce. Employees are either incompetent for even fast food work, or they want to be sued. Good thing I checked the inside before eating or I’d be in the hospital.

I have only used the drive. Each time I have been here, I have nothing but a good experience. The staff is always very nice and my order has been accurate.

The atmosphere was nice newly remodeled but our food order was all wrong, called my name wrong and waited forever for food. The manager on staff made a complaint at the employee about entering in wrong food negatively in front of customer (being in customer service that’s not how you treat employees) I can see why everything was messed up with manager being rude to employees.

This is the worse taco Bell I have ever been to for service. I understand being understaffed but the one working don’t wanna work. We placed an online order and when we went thru the drive thru we were told the order had been cancelled, which is had not been. Terrible. Will drive further away to get better service.

It’s 10:30 on a Saturday night and it’s not open. This is pretty consistent. I wilk be traveling to a different Taco Bell out of my way from now on to give me business: ridiculous

I was at this location on March 13th between 815-830pm and my order was made incorrectly. I spoke with the manager(Tyler) and he asked me if I wanted to come back out and that they would correct my order and I responded no because I live to far away to come back so he apologized and asked my name and told me when I return to tell the employee that I spoke with Tyler give them my name date and time that I was there and they would replace it. I returned around 730ish around the first of April and pulled to the drive thru. The employee said unfortunately we will be closing in 2 mins due to staffing issues and stated that they didn’t have any beef chicken nor steak so I smh and went elsewhere to get food! I decided to try again today April 6th 730ish went inside and gave the manager(with blue hair) the info and she said they don’t keep that info for more than a week and Tyler no longer works here and refused to replace my order If you only keep the info for a week that should have been told to the customer! It’s not my fault they didn’t make my order correctly!!
