Went there tonight ordered from kiosk inside. My order was horrible ! I ordered 2 five layer burritos with steak received 1. 1 five layer with beef no cheese or bean . Had cheese on it! 1burrito supreme that was right. 3 chalupa supremes those were right but one had only maybe 1 teaspoon of meat if that. One burrito had nothing but sour cream and four slices of lettuce. I don’t know what that was supposed to be. My total bill was $41.65 I will never go back!!

Went to this store because it was closest. Ordering was simple, was asked if we wanted sauce. Sure, mild please. Go to the windows, paid and waited a few minutes for our food. Not too long but the young man apologized for the wait. 1st comment by my daughter “it doesn’t come in a box anymore?” She ordered a craving box. No biggie. She then asks me to pull into a spot because her cinnamon twists had spilled out in the bag. As she starts to collect her twists, she literally pulls out 76 packets of mild sauce. Seriously!? Then she states no fries. Had to go into the store and asked for her fries.

The food was fine. The service is quick. My issue was they forgot a taco in my order. Had to drive back, walk in and then wait until they can help since there is no one taking orders inside.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place in my life. My wife and my 2 daughters wanted taco bell for dinner, brought them to this location since it was closest to our home, spent almost 23 dollars and get home to see almost every wrapper is basically sopping wet, my daughters couldn’t even pick up their tacos to eat them because they were so soggy. My wife asked for no lettuce on her food, even the receipt says no lettuce, but what did she get…lettuce on her food. Called up there 14 times, rang and rang and rang. Finally on the 15th time got someone to answer and she said sorry we are busy comeback tonight and we will take care of it and hangup on me before I even got the opportunity to let her know that my kids are in bed now. So I call back again and said I got hung up on. Hardly any response, just come back tomorrow. “We are busy” well sorry your neighbor store on state rd is way busier than this place and they answered my call on the first call. Not going to this location anymore. Can’t wait for my free sopping wet meals tomorrow.

If I could give it a 0 I would! Now granted I’ve only been there late at night but let me tell you the service here is HORRIBLE, they are RUDE and will not stop to ask if you need help including the manager that walked right pass me three times last night and don’t speak a word. I asked if they still had the crispy chicken taco because my girlfriend wanted it and the guy that responded was rude and looked like he cared less. Also the trash was overflowing onto the ground behind the counter and the counter where they are making the food is beyond disgusting and had so much food that didn’t make it, into the taco sitting there for who knows how long. I recommend you drive the extra distance to the m-15 Taco Bell

Went through drive-thru. I have been to this location multiple times, and normally, they are speedy. However, this time, they seemed to be going slower than normal. Then, they handed out the food, not once asked if we wanted sauce. My friend had to request the sauce. Otherwise, it’s not too bad.

My last three experiences have been horrible. I LOVE Taco Bell and this location has single handedly ruined it. I waited through 3 cars in the drive thru for 40 MIN last week. Once you’re in you can’t get out. Yesterday my bean nachos were full of steak. Today my potato burritos were full of sausage. I said do you have iced coffee? He said yes. I said I’ll take the largest size black. I get up there, HOT coffee. Didn’t say sorry, argued with me and then made my black iced coffee. I’M DONE!
