There was a long line because they were slow. They were rude when I asked for a drink carrier. They made us wait a long time but didn’t tell us there would be a wait until after we paid. They forgot one of the tacos. The didn’t put the cravings meals in the boxes. They cramped 5(was supposed to be 6) tacos, 3 chalupas, 3 fries, 3 burritos, 3 nacho cheeses and about 40 sauce packets in a bag so everything was broken and soggy. On top of that, there wasn’t the right amount of toppings in the tacos. Very unpleasant experience. I won’t go back again.

Absolutely pathetic me and my coworkers all ordered for lunch pay at least $10 for a single combo meal just to get a burrito with A.) no filling 2 pieces of steak in a $7 quesarito. B.) a beefy melt burrito or as it appeared a just melt burrito small amount of beef on one end and no tortilla strips at all. Overall horrible experience would not recommend for how much their mediocre at best burritos. Great for vegetarians because they don’t put any meat in anything. And one person in the drive through and one in the lobby so it wasn’t even busy.

Drive thru ladies were rude and I asked them to repeat my order she was rude about me asking! I got to the window asked for the repeat order again and she repeated my order and I said are you sure it should be 30$ she “yes!” I get my receipt and look and notice 2 things I didn’t ask for are on there…. like how! Asked for my refund she then kept my food made me pull around and walk inside and waited til the end to give the rest of my party their food while I had to go inside…. then… food missing and not made right…. just over all awful

The pandemic wasn’t kind to TB. Long wait times and inaccurate orders were common. After the removal of KFC, an updated building promised a new start. Unfortunately inaccurate orders made my visit less than satisfactory. I have found improvement and convenience by ordering using the Taco Bell app. The app allows you to skip the order and payment processed which are always a bit slow.

Did you want sauce? A fork perhaps? Possibly for everything you ordered to be in the bag or even just inside the tortilla? Well you better skip this establishment because these are apparently tasks on par with asking for a kidney here. Really all I can say is this Taco Bell is a disgrace to not only the name of the brand, but to this great nation.

For a mere $3.50 you can get this steal of a steak quesarito when you order a beef one. Also, free of charge, they will give your food to anyone. Then I had to ask for my food from another customer after they had stuck their hand in, unwrapped, and touched some of my food (that I promptly threw away). All in the time it took me to walk up to the counter when they called my name.

I understand they are short staffed, I understand there was something going wrong. I don’t understand a manager shouting at customers that they have to use the kiosk. 2nd time I’ve been to this location and told “we have to close. ” the first time it was the lobby, the second the whole store. I don’t need taco bell that bed.
