Slowest drive through service I have ever experienced. I got in line during my 30-minute lunch break, and there were 4 vehicles ahead of me. By the time I drove off with my order, my lunchbreak was supposed to be over 7 minutes ago.

When this taco bell first opened it was good. But in the last 3 years it’s gone WAAAY down hill. Go to the taco bell on 59 instead. It’s worth the wait. They’re portion control here SUCKS! All of my items BARELY had meat.

What can I say?…. It’s a taco bell. I can’t imagine working here is super pleasant, because a lot of people are awful…. This location is getting better. I still never had an order come correctly, but every time we give it another shot, there are fewer errors than the time before.

normally don’t leave reviews, but this happens every single time I go here. I usually get a chicken quesadilla every time, and every time it has more than just chicken and cheese, it has bits of tomato, lettuce, and onion from other food being made on the counter. I figured it was an easy mistake from being busy one time, but every single time?? At this point, it just seems they aren’t very clean. I try to have sympathy as a fellow fast food worker, but even I would notice when random things are obviously in a food it doesn’t belong in and would remove them asap.

Went to this location at 9pm on a Thursday. Only one car in front of us in the drive thru. we pull up to the speaker to order and the female worker on the other end is slurring her words, spacey sounding, long gaps between her sentences; sounds as if she is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. we pull up to the window to pay. The kitchen window slides open and immediately we are hit in the face with a strong odor of marijuana. we pay and receive our food and go on our merry way. Upon opening the menu items at home, we notice that all of the items are under filled. There was minimal ground beef, minimal shredded lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and tomato found in each menu item. Very disappointing to see, especially since the Waterford M-59 location always seems to stuff the same items full to the brim. After such an underwhelming experience with the staff and the cuisine, much was left to be desired.

the people here are always so nice and helpful when i go. i always say it’s my favorite taco bell. just today they made me my favorite off-menu item and it made my entire day, and i’m so grateful! will always recommend this location, i’m sorry to those who haven’t had a good experience but you’ll find the right people there and it’ll be great!

My family and I placed an order on the Taco Bell app on Sunday, 5/28. Online it said that Taco Bell was open till 2 am. The order was placed around 11:35 pm. We go up to the drive thru to pick up the order and the guys working that night say that they are closed. It was only 11:45 pm. Why would they even allow you to put in an online order when they are closed?! I think the guys working were too lazy to do the orders. We were not very happy about that, I even had to manually cancel the order myself on the app. Went to McDonald’s instead. They never disappoint and are always open when they say they are open.

The oil used to fry the Mexican pizza shell must have been sitting there for days and days. Listen, it’s Taco Bell, we did not expect much but it was so rancid that we felt sick and threw it out immediately. Called the location right away to let them know, and they did not seem one bit surprised or apologetic. We did not want any refund, we just gave them the benefit of the doubt that they’d want to know. They did not. Based on this, who knows what other disgusting things happen at this location.
