No lettuce on my tacos. 3 out of 4 had cheese on them. Seems like a hard thing to mess up on when you order 4 normal tacos. I would have given the a half of a star if I could. Last month was that same.

Ordered on the app to pick up in store. Got to the store and doors were locked. Called and told them I wanted to pick up my order, was told I had to go thru drive thru. Line was to the end of the driveway and could not wait. Called corporate customer service for a refund. After being on hold for 25 minutes, I finally got to talk to someone. Definitely will not return to this location…

This location is just terrible. The food makes it look like you will get food poisoning if you eat it. They’re always rude and sound like they wanna die when they take your order. I’ve tried for three years to make this location work on and off because me and my husband consider Taco Bell our favorite cheat food, but I’ll never come back. The one down the road is worth the extra drive for. 0/10 do not recommend. Y’all should’ve seen my husbands tacos, literally look like vomit and cheese.

Sign was on saying the drive through was open at 12:00 but I guess it was smoke break time and the employees didn’t want to work for the last 2 hours of shift. Either change the hours or turn the sign off but telling everyone you’re closed but keeping the sign on and everyone smoking out back isn’t a good look.

I haven’t had one good experienced at this Taco Bell. The management is not only rude to customers but also their own staff. The service people are more concerned with their conversations with each other than the customers at the window. One manger is named Kat I have had multiple incidents with her being rude to customers and her staff. As well as talking to her staff about anything but work. This establishment is not one a recommend.

Literally my worst restaurant experience of all time. Waited an hour in line (only 8 cars ahead of me) they forgot half my order so I had to get back in line. The manager pretended to not hear me until I was screaming, only for them to still forget my stuff and then tell me to leave. Awesome job guys, couldn’t handle making burritos

The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The one employees attitude was terrible and he was even rude to the employee that was getting trained. Rude for no reason and he made it obvious he didn’t care about his job or his fellow employees. The man that was getting trained was the nicest and most professional out of all of them. I order door dash and it never EVER comes with the sauce packets. I have to now specify and ask the dasher to make sure they are in there. Also, never any napkins or cutlery. What’s taco bell without the sauces?? Come on!

The slowest fast food restaurant… the wait time at this taco bell is absurd. And the wait time isnt because of the care taken to get the orders right…. as they are almost always wrong. This location also is also usually out of something. The prices are consistently higher then every other taco bell in the area. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Wixom location.

By far the worst location in Oakland County, probably all of michigan! Save yourself the hassle and drive the extra 2 miles to the location on wixom road and grand river or in walled lake and save yourself the hassle. The lobby is NEVER open and they don’t even care to put up any kind of note. Whether there is 5 cars or no cars in the drive through lane you can count on a 10 minute wait at least. Every employee here seems to not care and are extremely rude. Had no drink trays last time and always seems to be out of some kind of item. Owners seem not to care at all as this locations has ALWAYS been this way.
