Someone please tell either whoever is putting the food together or whoever is wrapping the food that the NEW DIPPING TACO needs to be DIPPABLE. They either tossed my burrito on top of it and cracked it all to hell or they just sent through a broken taco. How am I supposed to DIP the taco when the taco is BROKEN??? Only got to dip 2 bites and then it was a regular taco, or nachos I guess! Horrible. $4 for a taco that I can’t even dip, you’d think if you’d advertise it you’d make sure when you send it through that it’s dippable. Do better

First time I went to the rebuilt location got 45$ worth of food everything was thrown in my bag not wrapped correctly so when I went to get most my food it was all over the bag all my burritos were smashed toagther seems like the person may not know how to fold or wrap?? Update: went today to try again spent 5$ this time got 2 chicken burritos the customer service is fast and nice but unfortunately same as last time the fast service is because everything was smashed together and not wrapped just thrown in my bag my chicken burritos might as well been vegetarian there was lack of chicken all lettuce and chips in it I’ll be using the north line location for now on! The customer service is amazing but the food needs work actually let the product sit to melt the cheese and wrap the product and place in a bag so I don’t have to fish toppings out my bag

The service was great. The place was clean. The two guys that took my order was extra friendly. My order was accurate. The timeliness was great. I got out to use restroom .Went to the restaurant in the restaurant it was clean. Bathroom were clean. Javionne, Jacob and Krystal did a wonderful job. Usually I don’t do surveys, but when you receive awesome customer service, I like to recognize them.

I came through and ordered 3 potato soft tacos and a drink. The tacos themselves were very small, I have never recieved a smaller taco from taco bell, worse yet, they only had sauce on one side and I could eat them in two bites. Unacceptable, all other Taco Bell locations in the area serve consistent products, this franchise owner is disillusioned. I also went to take a sip of my pop and the lid smelled strongly of perfume. Are your employees washing their hands? With so many other taco bell locations nearby, I will not return to this location.

Went there last night and ordered 45 dollar worth of food to get no meat on any of the items I ordered. Order number 649. I was eating nothing but Lettuce and sour cream on my crunchwraps. The dorritos tacos had half a shell without meat on it with the other half the smallest amount you could think of. The quesadilla only had half with meat. It’s ridiculous to rip people off that way. I paid for a certain quality of food and didn’t get that at all. I have pictures of multiple items for you if you even care or are interested. I only came here because del taco was closed. My mistake. Oh yeah and don’t bother trying to call the phone is almost always off the hook. Just a nice busy signal.

The staff should keep their political point of view out of the workplace, I was going to place my order but I walked out of the store. It’s very unprofessional, politics should be kept out of the work place. No matter the political party it’s not good to talk about it to your customers. I walked out, Democrat or Republican it shouldn’t be discussed in front of the customer because it could start a fight. Ya never know who is placing their order, could be a crazy person who could cause harm to everyone standing in line. No thank you when the employees are creating a hazardous environment I think I will pass.

Love the two separate lanes that they now have setup BUT I had a $5 box and the 5 layer burrito tasted like it had no beef in it and upon opening it with a 1/4th left, I saw no meat. Maybe they had very little meat or just scoped most on the end I ate first but it was disappointing. I’ll just go to the one on Fort St. instead.

Taco Bell used to be relatively budget friendly. The new freezes are a joke! Included is a photo of the large. My cellphone is 2 inches taller than the skinny cup! Not worth it!
