Its called a beef burrito, not a rice burrito. They don’t put any meat in the burritos. 3x as much rice. But there is more meat in my dog’s food then in these burritos.

I live down the street and was craving a Mexican pizza with sour cream since its back on the menu. I downloaded the picture and would like to ask who’s 5 year old is working there? All the tomato on one piece of the 4 sections and a shot of sour cream in the middle. Like take a little pride guys instead of sloppy presentation alone. Not to mention there was no sour cream in my burrito supreme. I understand you have a lot of or mostly new menu items and I like the classics and what a shame the classics can’t even be made correctly. Sincerely disappointed and not sure I’ll be back unless you hire employees that can make items correctly.

From being called “bro” by the kid working the drive thru, to literally putting 3 pounds of refried beans on a nacho bell grande to cover up the fact that they messed up and put tomato on it when it was ordered without (allergies). Why wouldn’t you just give me the food made wrong? Or remake it correctly?

This is absolutely the worst taco bell I have ever been to I’ve tried them several times because there close to where I live had to bring orders back because lack of quality this time I went through the drive through and told them of the bad quality and experience I’ve had spent another 30 plus bucks thinking that because I let them know of my past experiences and they still serve me low quality food this is certainly it I won’t be back I’ve given you guy’s several chances and you still serve garbage THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!!!!! .If I could give you less than a 1 I would.

The staff here was happy, laughing and getting along well, fast, and providing great customer service. The inside of the store was spotlessly clean, and someone would walk around sanitizing the tables or anything people touched. I was impressed at how smoothly this place was running. I’ll be back.

TBH, I take my chances at any Taco Bell location. However, this location has messed up my order every other visit. missing items even though there’s not really a long wait for often. But after working afternoon shift and stopping get food, Then come all the way back home And my order is missing 2-3 items. that was paid for is a certain level of disappointment at the of the day

I can’t prove it, but I would say the kid at the window intentionally short change my order. I found a short fall, turned around and had to wait back in line again. When I finally received my order, it was not to the Taco Bell standard, let’s just say that.Take for example the cinnamon twists. The bag was half full and they had almost 0 cinnamon on them. They forget something EVERY TIME. Today I got a volcano taco, chipotle chicken burrito, and cheese and chips. I didn’t get the burrito and this was the amount of cheese they gave me that’s not even one ounce in a tiny 2oz cup. I’ll start going to the next taco bell over now on. I suggest y’all do the same. Now my partner has to leave home again, his food is sitting here now cold. Because someone didn’t have the brains to pack a simple order.

Ordered a grande breakfast burrito add sourcream, paid .90 for sourcream and it was only on one little spot. Tried calling 3 times, no answer. I go here to often for the low quality and crazy high prices. Done going here.
