I don’t know the guys name who took my order but I just wanted to come on and say whoever was at the window on 8/31/2023 at 1:54 and took my order, was probably the best fast food customer service person I have ever met. He was enthusiastic and acted like he liked his job whether he did or not. And the food was great aswell. I 100% would go to this Taco Bell again!

I had to repeat my order a few times even though I was talking slowly. There were only 3 cars in front of me and it took at least 25 minutes to go through the line. I said thank you when the guy handed me the order, and the guy just gave me a blank look and closed the window. We got breakfast, and the food was terrible. We threw two burritos in the trash. We’ve been going there for years but will never go again!

I was greatly disappointed, that the Pinkney taco bell now has no service counter. If I wanted to do my own ordering on a computer I would not be going into the restaurant to eat. So I turned around and left. I won’t come in their again. No one even noticed.

Had a bad experience at Brighton location, but not here. This location made food correct and employees actually seemed like they liked their job. Might be a bit further away. but well worth it to go to a good Taco Bell.

Very clean and organized. People were helpful, but more in a way like they had a job to do rather than wanting to be there and thus the only reason not 5 stars. I know that sounds minor, but it makes a difference. I hope this helps.
