They skimp on everything. I’ve never seen such small burritos and soft tacos at any other Taco Bell. This is laughable. Instead of skimping on food for your profit maybe they should try increasing their quality and quantity to draw in more customers.

I’m going to assume the boys that were making taco don’t like African American I stood there for ten min as 3 young men looked at me and didn’t say anything just keep looking at me. I would have been wrong if I said something to the young men but I respect myself to much… will never ever recommend any African American to go to this location.

Severely understaffed. Put in a mobile order, arrived to pick it up about 5 minutes later, then had to wait about 35 minutes to receive the order. That is completely ridiculous. I feel bad for the few people working there. They are being overwhelmed by too much business for them to handle. If the franchise can’t staff properly for the business they’re getting they should close the inside or something.

Took forever in the drive through. People even started leaving and then when I got to the window found they didn’t have the ingredients to make my order. No acknowledgement whatsoever about the ridiculous wait time.

Placed on online order still had a Long wait time. They barely wrapped our food and forgot to put 3 items the the bag so had to get in line again and wait another 20 minutes and didn’t even get an apology. Food was cold by the time we left. They don’t open the lobby for online order pick up which makes online ordering basically useless when you have to wait in line for 20+ minutes.

No point in online ordering if they make you wait in the drive thru line. They should not have an option for “pick up in the store.” Naturally, they don’t let you cancel your order either online if you didn’t login.

Waited for 40 minutes in drive thru. I would have left and went elsewhere had I been able to get out of the drive thru. They were super slow and the food wasn’t worth the 40 minutes I waited in the drive thru. Hopefully this was a once off occurrence.

I was so excited to eat a chili cheese burrito! Literally 2 ingredients in the burrito, chili and cheese. I bit into the burrito and there wasn’t any cheese until the very end. Massive clump of cheese, it’s almost like they did this on purpose! My fiance ordered a beefy 5 layer and they forgot the cheese!
