Was an elder lady there more worried about cussing the other employees for having to go behind her and around her than she was at waiting on customers. She was extremely ride to her other workers and you could tell her attitude destroyed the motivation of the rest of the crew. Vert sad for a struggling mall

I am an employee of this mall. I get water in my water bottle for weeks because I can’t have any other type of drink. Today the entire staff yelled at me saying I am not allowed to get water. I would have understood if they asked me nicely to use a water cup to fill my bottle but to literally yell at me? If they dont want fellow mall workers to use their personal bottle put a sign up at the fountain station. They offered me a cup for free which is the size of a shot glass. My boss who has worked here for 16 years has done the same. Ontop of that I have watched staff multiple times touched their phones with gloves on then go back to making food without changing a new pair of gloves. This place is gross and the employees take their jobs way to seriously when it comes to WATER. Act your wages people come on

The food was good. The problem came when I went up to the counter to point out I had ordered a steak quesarito, but got beef instead. Admittedly, I ate through a good portion before realizing, because I was with a friend and we were talking while I was eating. Meaning I was distracted. The manager, whoever it was the of my order (5/8/22, around 3:40 p.m.) decided to passive aggressively criticize the fact I eaten so much of it before realizing, and then told me to throw away the rest? So I have to be criticized for eating something I enjoyed only to find out the meat I wanted on the burrito was different? I had to throw away perfectly good food because, what? Did she decide I enjoyed it enough that I shouldn’t complain? Did she think that, just because I still enjoyed it, I shouldn’t be able to enjoy extra food because of their mistake? Whatever the case, I’m upset that she found it acceptable to go ahead and criticize me over something she should have been apologizing for in the first place.

The staff was not very nice to me the lady gave me dirty looks I felt very intimated then the staff had the security come out and stand by the table that I was at the people that I was with felt the same. We went there on August 21,2019. It was about 45 mins before closing time. I was going to order for 5 people. There was a bit of confusion as to what was going to be ordered so I had to pause while to get the order right. Well, the attendant was all about himself rolling his eyes at me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and while deciding what to drink with the combo I caught him rolling his eyes at me again. The dude was a Caucasian with black spacers on his ears. Pretty rude. Too bad because I was very impressed with the rest, the food, the other servers were all great. Just this loser who has an attitude.

This used to be one of the best around. The last several times we went, they get our order incorrect. They seem to have new staff that don’t know what they’re doing. I usually go to the one a bit further down the road and haven’t had an issue at that location.

Pd $7.02 for a class power bowel pd $1.50 for extra chicken 8 tiny piece of chicken 1/2 tsp of cheese and a 1 tsp of tomato mind you I had them leave out the beans and rice so it was a quarter bowel of lettuce

Asked for to make sure they double steam my 5 cheesy roll ups with tomato so the cheese was completely melted and when I receive them they didn’t even do it once and when I mentioned it to them they said oops and received it again not melted very upsetting
