My father in law and fiancé went in to grab food after the firework show got canceled bc the rain . There was some one there before them who also had problem with her order they forgot her taco and chips and she came back a second time bc they still had forgot her chips. Came home and both the craving boxes where only half full of fries .special order substitutions also weren’t done I called 2 times to see if we could come back and get it fixed nothing . My mother in law called2 times to try to get thru nothing . It wouldn’t be a issue but I have restrictions and paid extra for the substitutes. hopefully my door dash I ordered from another Taco Bell is better then this one.

My husband placed an online order waited there after saying it was ready for 45 minutes. They told him his food was out on the shelf. There was nothing out on the shelf then the man at the counter said oh here’s the order I’ll put it in for you right now. We asked for a refund and left unacceptable. Poor customer service never received food after waiting an hour. Basically, the person who was working said the order was ready and it wasn’t, very unhappy. We used to come to this location all the time, but will no longer be returning.

I can say the customer service was amazing . The atmosphere at the drive thru was awesome. Update: The fries are back The only thing I eat from here are the potatoes, and the fries are my favorite. This Taco Bell has served them to me cold and stale both times I’ve been here. I thought I’d give them another shot but apparently more money and different staff members did nothing for their quality control.

I’m a local, and this location definitely used to be both slow, and mediocre. It is still taco bell, so I’m being a bit generous with the food rating, but it has pretty recently (within the last 6 months or year) turned around gotten very fast. The young guys that work the window are very efficient and polite. Good turn-around since I used to come year over a year ago and stopped.
