I’m so surprised by the negative reviews! I always have a great experience here, and I go here a LOT My favorite thing about this location is they always get my customizations right, which is so rare at other Taco Bells. They move the line pretty quickly and besides the occasional skimping on the sides of nacho cheese, I don’t have a single complaint.

I always get great food with good servings and I got a power bowl today but it was filled MAYBE 1/4 full took me like 5 seconds to eat the whole five bites. Someone needs to learn their job or be fired

Every time I come to this location they tend to disappoint. The hard shell tacos are ALWAYS soggy at the bottom. I ask every time if my taco can be freshly prepared and I end up spending money on food that has been sitting. This time was unacceptable, I called and spoke with the manager who wanted to debate about the food being prepared freshly when that is never the case. I am too outdone and would never recommend this location to anyone!

Overpriced and unorganized. They WILL get your order wrong and they are always out of common items. This place was more effective as a parking lot. Oh and good luck using the app that never works.

Great food. I got food from other toco bells thur door dash. It seem from door dash. it come from the one on Groesbeck. The food there is not that good. As the one in fraser.

Dum-dums work here. Don’t even know how to use their own app and refuse to help you in any way shape or form then will blatantly lie to your face that they “arent associated” with their app (but you can order food of of it and give them your hard earned money). Which makes no sense. Manager should teach them it then, or maybe at least hire considerate people that’d be willing to help their customers. Bunch of losers. Lost my business forever.

This TacoBell used to be great… but tonight we ordered Inside at 530 pm, we didnt get our food thrown on the counter till 605pm. The crew was to busy dancing and screaming. And having a party. This crew is appalling. Screaming they hate the job and will quit. I will not be back.
