I ordered online @ 12:20 for 12:30 pickup. I waited in the store for 30 mins without receiving my food. People came in and ordered at the counter and received their food before me. The store tagged my order as ready so I could not cancel. I was continually told it is almost ready.

After coming here a few months ago they forgot about our order, the manager nicely gave us a receipt that said she would comp our order next time we came. I do not live in the area and this was the first time I was able to make it out this way. We ordered our food and the worker said there was nothing they could do about it. I just feel that they should not give stuff out like that if they will not keep their word.

YO! This is hands down the best location and I have to apologize- I thought they forgot my fries and when I got home they were just buried at the bottom of the bag – they still gave me another! Not a scammer lol I didn’t see them! Thanks team.

Was under construction so told no frozen drinks. Fries were cold and tasted old. Forgot to give me my 2nd chicken chalupa, but the 1st one didn’t taste good, so I really didn’t even want it. Would have given it back if I was still there. Will not go back.

The drive through man scheduled to work on 12/20/2022 at around 11:30pm said we can only order 5 items max, but only let us order 2 meals. He never let us finish our sentence when we were trying to select our type of meat for our tacos. We got a random mix of beef and chicken. We didn’t get our doritos locos tacos supreme. The food we did recieve was thrown together and kind of cold. The ingredients stuck together and kind of binded to itself. If you’re used to eating taco bell tacos in the car, then you know it usually falls apart on you, so the fact that it was cold and stuck together made it super unappetizing. All in all, it was nasty and I had to throw away $30 worth of food. I really want a refund.

Quality of the food was by far the worst I’ve experienced at ANY taco bell. Employees obviously distraught. I get it – pay is low and customers suck. I guess just avoid this location until new people are hired?

Seems to be the laziest set of workers I have ever seen. Didn’t take the order correctly. Couldn’t do 2 orders when I asked. Didn’t get any sauce with the meal. Forgot the straws for the drinks and didn’t get all of my food.
