The food was good but the store was filthy and the prices were outrageous. My husband and I ordered a total of five soft taco supremes, one burrito supreme, and two small drinks. It was over $26!!! We really like Taco Bell, but we won’t be back!

I LOVE Taco Bell. Hands down, my favorite restaurant. The app is easy to use and they have so many different options for delicious food, at unbeatable prices. But THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. Based on my experience today and in the past I’m saying customer service here is nonexistent, and the food is sub-par. Half of our food was missing. The “extra cheese” soft shell barely had any cheese on it. And worst of all, my “vegetarian” burrito was full of BEEF. AVOID THIS TACO BELL LOCATION. If you can make the drive, go to the one in Battleground on 43. Every experience I have had there has been superb. The staff are all friendly and the food is always on point!

I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me just to recurve the wrong order and when I went back around the lobby was closed and had to wait another 20 minutes to get the right food all because when I ordered they rang up the wrong items, which might I add was way more expensive than what I actually ordered and was given serious attitude like it was my fault. Seems to be a reoccurring theme in this town. Not very welcoming anywhere. Sad since it’s a tourist town. But anyway, they did fix the order and gave me extra food instead of a refund for the price difference.

1 star because that’s the lowest I can give. Not the first incorrect order I’ve gotten from here. I asked for a large Baja blast Mt dew. She told me no large cups so I got a medium. Then I find out there’s no Baja blast. I don’t drink Pepsi products and then I couldn’t get my money back for the drink. And then I ordered 2 Chipotle ranch burritos and both had no Chipotle ranch sauce. Seriously if I were to make a misteak at work I’d have to fix it. Why is taco bell allowed to get away with this stuff? So not only was my lunch horrible I had to go somewhere else to get a fountain drink.

I ordered 3 burritos only an the guy at the counter literally decided to add a large drink and cinnamon twist to my order an said that I forgot to order it . If I wanted it I would have said that I wanted it. This experience at tacobell was absolutely ridiculous !
