Aside from grand opening, they are pretty quick. It’s extra busy but that is understandable as they are brand new. The food however, is lacking. From my personal experience of ordering opening day and today, these mistakes are making me worried the food quality is going to be bad going forward. From undercooked potatoes in my cheesy fiesta potatoes, to quesadillas with unmelted shredded cheese, to uncut quesadillas, terribly wrapped burritos that makes me think training was little to none before opening. I had high hopes and truly want this taco bell to be great. Ordering on the app, items are forgotten already so attention needs to be a major improvement from the get-go. I will update my review if I notice improvements, as we will give this place more chances.
