Have any of you other reviewers been inside this place? It is absolutely gross. I’m here at 10am for breakfast and it’s obvious that nothing has even been cleaned up from the following evening. The these pictures don’t Even begins to describe how bad it is but it’s the best I could do. My breakfast hash brown patty tasted weird and cold, my sausage crunchwrap is lukewarm but seems to taste okay – I was just going to throw away but decided to try it first, hopefully it’s safe to eat. I can’t even begin to understand why there’s some lettuce on it but whatever.

Check your food before you leave the building. My usual order is a soft party pack add sour cream no tomatoes because my daughter and i are allergic. This has caused many issues with the store as they say it’s cheaper to put it in as Supreme, but they always end up putting tomatoes on it anyway. Because I said I’m allergic to tomatoes every single time I put the order in. I’ve already contacted corporate about it once, but today’s issue 5/16/22, my tacos from my party pack from last night, 1 taco’s cheese is on the outside of the taco (see picture). Another Taco has only the meat inside and nothing else. I’m scared to see what the rest of the box looks like. I did order other things last night not just the party pack, which is why I’m eating the tacos now instead of last night. Everything else is fine tacos are the easiest thing to make I know this because I want to talk about for almost 3 years. I still remember how to make a taco. It’s fine I’ll just fix it myself ~~5min later I checked the rest of the box. Even recorded myself opening the remaining tacos to prove I didn’t do anything to them. Will not be coming back. I’ll make my own tacos from now on.

Very slow service. Hard tacos were cold and soggy. Kiosk design is awkward for menu and they ask how many and type of sauces you want and then don’t provide them in the carryout bag.

So just went in today, i guess customer service is a thing of the past. As taco bell is putting into effect must use kiosk to order if you go inside. Im sorry im old enough to remember greet every customer, make them feel welcome, cause there buisness guarentees your job. Needless to say i wont ever go back if i have to be my own customer service! Totally disappointed …. yet drive through has 2 people taking orders….

Drive thru is so slow. They mess up orders all the time. They do not honor requests to remove items, they say okay then just add it anyways. Portions are skimpy compared to other locations. Missing items in bag. In store they ignore service for like 5 minutes.

My order was all wrong. I even ordered inside and ate inside. There was alot of discord coming from the employees working. Several people from drive thru had to come inside to get their order fixed. It was freezing inside as well as outside this evening. To top it off…They put very little inside the soft tacos. Very disappointing. Maybe it was just that night with problems. Idk tbh.

Food was not prepared as ordered. Or even prepared correctly. Asked for my burritos to be grilled. They were poorly made. And employees were like they didn’t even want to be there. Will never go back to that location.
