Honestly service here was pathetic.. stood in the dining room for 20mins before even being acknowledged. I would have left but I had already placed and paid for my order online. Had to wait another 10mins for my food which was presumably being made while I waited. After I received my food I hurried to my vehicle opened my bags only to discover everything was cold. After being ignored by staff and management and having to wait a half hour I should’ve been able to at least enjoy a luke warm taco.. honestly just needs to be torn down and removed.

They were really sloppy with the food. Taco sauce was all over the outside of the burrito. It was really bad. Then the crunch wrap had a chemical taste and so did the nacho chips. Wasn’t too impressed for my first time at this location.

Ordered a chalupa box and one of the new chicken tacos, added sour cream to the taco and nacho cheese to the chalupa, didn’t get either .70 for the sour cream and .85 for the nacho cheese. $1.55 total that I didn’t receive. Ordered no tomatoes on the chicken taco, got tomatoes, need to pay more attention to the ordered received.

Our chicken Quaadillas are always quick and fresh. The grilled Cheese Burrito is really good. It’s all a little overpriced for the portions/quantities and quality. You could go to an authentic Hispanic restaurant and pay the same. Their parking lot lights, and sign lights are usually off and the inside lobby is always closed when I go.

Entire staff decided to go to break at 1:20 PM and leave drive through unmanned. 3 people walking back from smoke break and no one answering drive through. Dine in service has never opened back up. Major issue with management at this location.
