The last 3 times we have been there they have pulled us forward and then brought our food out. Even though we were the only ones there. They are putting less product on the food. Just horrible. Each time we have had to go back in for something missing. Two out of the three times something was made wrong. Just done going there.

Was here for lunch and was treated horrible. Not only me but a few old ppl come in, and we were all screamed at to order on the kiosks. They have no time to take orders. Even with everyone online standing and talking about what the gal had done the night before, nothing to do with work. Just did want to take our order. The add on I wanted to add was not available when ordering on the kiosks so they lost $ I then took time out of my 30 min lunch to help a few old ppl with the kiosks whom had no clue how to use it. I waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes, no answer. So, I decided to go inside and saw the drive thru person had an air pod in and the headset around her neck. I used the kiosk (because that is the only option now) and they didn’t give me my drink, so i spent $20 on a soft taco and a nacho bell grande. This taco bell is going down hill, fast.

There’s no meat on these soft shell taco Supremes. It seems to be a ongoing thing with this taco bell. They are scared to give any meat, even when you order and pay for extra meat, you barely get any…..6 months later, I tried again, oh my goodness, whoever was working today really knew how to make a soft shell taco Supreme. Very good! I’m gonna change to 5 star hopefully they keep up the good work I added more pics of good tacos

Trash, simply garbage. I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances, but they just can’t seem to perform the simple task of making a burrito… or honestly anything… The meats usually cold or burnt, stale shells, low portions with a long wait time… Please, just save yourself some time and money and just don’t go to the Tacosmell. Unless you’re someone who enjoys sitting on the toilet all day..

So the first picture I’ve posted here is the trophy Winchester taco bell received for being “TOP DISSATISFIED IN THE DISTRICT.” they displayed it proudly. So I took a photo of it and posted it on my social media. The post received 112 shares. 3 days later I go back to taco bell and these are the pictures of the food I received. it was way worse than it ever had been(and it’s normally pretty pathetic) but this took the cake. I found out later from an ex employee that worked there at the time, that they knew it was me that posted the trophy pic and they did this to my food ON PURPOSE. So I haven’t been back since. Now this did happen like 2 months ago I just haven’t had time to write this review but it happened and I had to tell my story lol. The taco bell in Winchester should be shut down at this point. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Winchester. Ordered over $30 in food to get to the window and find out they replaced my entire order with steak or chicken instead of ground beef.when questioned they said they ran out of ground beef. They refunded my 3 tacos said the others were correct, I get home and they are either steak or chicken. Every hard shell is crumbled and the chalupa was broken. Will not return not worth my $

I went on my lunch break and ordered some food, waited 10 minutes, still no food. Stood at the counter and no one was back there, 3 of them came in from outside and said there was a counter order so I sat back down. Got my food, there was beans in my Crunchwrap, and lettuce in my roll up. So probably won’t be going back anytime soon. This isn’t the first time I’ve tried going and they’re all outside looking at me like I’m the problem. So yeah, I’m good.
