Nice taco bell. Clean, staff was friendly. You could tell they worked well together. They made my wife’s quesadilla incorrectly but quickly made it again and it was perfect. Everything I ordered was correct and well made.

Any Honda employees that work nights shift cant seem to order anything after a shift at work (1am-1:30am) they always have a list of what they can’t make. I understand if we were closer to closing time but it’s really starting to feel like the appreciation of late shift employees isn’t there. If you’re not willing to have anything available why stay open? Just close at midnight and let McDonalds have the business.

I don’t think I’ve ever disrespected someone as much as I do Elmo. The disrespect he shows his employees by yelling at them in the middle of the work place in front of customers is absolutely horrid. He embarrasses his crew every time he’s in the Greensburg store. Absolute putz. Every other employee is fantastic! Besides him, they’re like a family!

Someone needs to step in here at this taco bell. When you’re standing at the front counter watching all employees look at you but not greet you is sad. I was not the only one waiting for service. There were like six other ppl. Waited for fifteen minutes before talking to someone then another thirty for food. What the hell is wrong with this picture.

I give this tacobell 3 stars. Want it to improve. This visit was good. Went through the drive through and they were pretty quick today. I got 4 chicken roll ups with cheese sauce and guacamole. They were all good. My wife got a steak quesadilla the end pieces didn’t have much meat in them.

Get this…I was told by the cashier to please not order a lot of food since it was just him and one other person working…who does that? I had 6 people in the car. ordered 6 $1.00 burritos. He said they were “out of beans”. So I ordered 2 nacho fries and a bean burrito…yet when I ordered the burrito, the beans were apparently back in stock! When I pulled up to get the order, cashier said nothing and I saw at least 3 people working. Cashier was truly an idiot.

They were acting like they didnt want to be there. I personally dont blame them, the customer entitlement ppl have these days is insane and shldnt be tolerated. But also my order was completely wrong. Wldnt have been so bad if I wld have gotten my moneys worth lol. I paid a little over $23.for 2 bean burritos and a cinnamon twist.
