I’m pretty sure this isn’t how you serve food. Very disrespectful. How about having some respect for your job? I got my start at Wendy’s at the age of 15, and I serve customers and treated them with 100% more respect than this! But you want a raise right? What a joke.

After 20 minutes we asked where our food was. The “manager” said they had 70 orders backed up, we then asked for our money back, and he didn’t know how to do it. He finally figured it out. In the meantime, 3 more people came in complaining about not getting food or the wrong food. The other workers talked on their phones and walked around. The driver thru was backed around the building. The “manager” walked outside, talking to someone in their car, and stood around looking at his phone while one guy made all the food. What a sorry excuse for a Taco Bell.

Got off work on my way home I was hungry had my daughter with me we decided to stop. Food was great service was awesome. Cleanest taco Bell I have seen in a long time the crew on the evening shift on 6/22/2023 is the best.

Out of beef when we went, ordered on the app was told it would be a 10 minute wait on half the order. They did sub out for steak at no cost but also order chips and cheese and both ware barely 1/4th full. Cheese cup and bag of chips.

I live 1 mile away and I always place mobile orders so I can have it correct when i order it. So hot, correct food should be reasonable. Instead I get home and the nacho fries were upside down in the bag and were cold and hard and nasty. I literally couldnt stomach to eat them. The Guacomole I paid $0.85 for wasn’t there. I’m guessing the 3 employees sitting up there chatting at the window while 1 person made the order wasn’t enough staff. I’ve had multiple trips where they just didn’t have the ingredients to make the product. I can’t believe how new this location is in regards to how it’s ran. Usually new stores are nice and run properly.
