Every time I get tacos here, there’s too much meat, shell is soggy and falls apart. Also just ordered a steak quesadilla and shredded cheese isn’t melted, just falling out like taco. I’ll drive a little further to get better food. Don’t waste your money. McDonald’s, across the street is better.

I ordered Taco Bell and after I got my order they gave me the wrong ones. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and didn’t get it, instead I was given a beef burrito with a Doritos taco which I didn’t order. This is the first time I have ordered Taco Bell and I’m not happy that I got the wrong order.

Disappointed in this location. The last several times we’ve ordered a Mexican pizza, their shells tastes like chemicals. We’ve mentioned this to them multiple times and someone said it could be their machines (or that the oil isn’t being changed when needed). They have yet to fix this problem, and employees act like they have no clue when I tell them about it. They’ve also given me the wrong order several times, made orders wrong, etc.

This is one of the best Tbell but you can never order two of the same item or they just give you half meat/potato. I just got two chicken chalupa’s and I’ve literally never seen such little meat in a Tbell item as this. There was like 3 small pieces of chicken in each, it’s normally about exactly double that. Can you please let me order two of something without just cutting the meat amount in half?

Not sure what happened to this Taco Bell, as we always drove out of the way to eat there. Our order was missing 3 items out of 10, and completely messed up the additions and customizations. The lady was very nice, but the steak quesadilla didn’t even have melted cheese and it was raw.

Generally good. They were short-staffed (I only saw two workers) so I ordered through the kiosk but they prepared it quickly. Food was good /as expected. This location has several power outlets to charge phones with a self-serve drink and condiments station. Dining area needed attention though — several tables were left uncleaned the entire time I was there, about an hour. Staff remained in the back, did not venture out into the dining area to clean/check on things. Other than that it was good.

drive thru. i like lots of sauce. order mexi pizza and 8 other items. i asked for extra hot sauce. got 8 packets. i love taco bell but need lots of sauce packets. been at this place twice and sane results. ill forgo the convenience and get something else.

When this location is on, it is killer, but when it is off, its horrible, despite the clean and modern appearance. We decided to dine in tonight, after waiting at least 15 minutes for our food -during which another couple who were waiting before we got there made a comment about their wait- what we received was a joke. Hardly sauced enchirito, the “current special” chili verde fries with no verde sauce and not even warm enough to melt the cheese and soggy fries, taco with the shell broken in half. The only saving factor was the manager understanding how ridiculous it was. He did not argue, he understood and issued a refund on the worst items out of a $35 order. Super unfortunate because when we moved into the area a year ago, I thought we hit a jackpot with a great taco bell location, because for a while it was consistently good. But here recently we have experienced a few, scattered poor visits

I come here for lunch a couple times a month, I never expect much from a popular chain restaurant. However, this location is awesome! Food is always hot, fresh and well made! The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Keep up the good work here, very happy with the service!
