I drive an ambulance for work and we some times do long distance transports. and we have to make late night stops for food after a long drive. Many places are very difficult to order from and get frustrated when we walk up to ask about getting food, since our truck doesn’t fit in the drive-thru, but the crew was very accommodating and made great food as well.

Went in so I can order and use the restroom. Waited behind no one at the counter for 2 minutes was then told by two guys who walked out from the back that I could only order through the kiosk. I order through the kiosk and I asked for a printed receipt, to which I was told, they can’t and that I should have used the drive through. I then wait 12 minutes to get my food. 5 items. The only other order they made was a Grub Hub order. I eat a lot of Taco Bell and this is a bottom tier store for them.

July 30 went to Taco Bell on W 38th St. Waited in line seriously for 1 hour with only 8 or 9 cars ahead of me! I was anxious to try the taco pizza again since they came back recently. Was so disappointed when I got home to find a pile of refried beans on 1/2 and a little bit of meat on the other half. When did they start separating the two? The second disappointing thing was it literally was tasteless. Then they had my order wrong so I had to wait some more. My order consisted of only two items plus a drink, how do you get that wrong? The only positive was that the order taker and the manager were very pleasant which in these days is very uncommon unfortunately.

My partner went through to grab dinner this evening and although the person taking the order was nice, everything in the bag was cold and the sour cream was put on carelessly (there was more sour cream in the wrapper than the food). We live less than 5 minutes from there so the food should not be cold by the time we get home.

Staff was polite but a burrito and 2 quesadillas and a fries took 32 minutes to come out, and they weren’t busy. Fries were dumped out in the bag and the food was cold.

I’m a little disappointed that two people tried to tell me that my frozen drink was a large.. since when but clearly I was given two drinks the same size. On the receipt one should be large and the other a medium . I never received a large drink in this size cup.
