I stopped in yesterday and ordered nachos with extra meat, extra cheese, onions and tomatoes. I was charged for the extras but didn’t get extra cheese or extra meat. I made this point and was charged for yet another extra cheese . The container was so small, I thought I was being “Punk’d “. I was left standing at the register while my food got cold so I asked for a refund. They offered to remake it and what I was given should be against the law. I was given a few nacho chips with watered down cheese, loaded with onions and tomatoes with hardly any beef. I was ripped off!!! I couldn’t eat it and spent nearly $15.00 for a nacho combo and received this type of food and service. This place leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t see how they’ll stay in business much longer. Terrible location, always rude to the customers. Gets a attitude because i tried ordering 3 boxes for my crew. And apparently the lady claims to be the manager. In a honest opinion she seems to hate her job and probably should look for another job if thats the case. Because for this to happen to me and my family multiple times is just not right. Never will i return to this location again and i hope others dont considering the other reviews aswell. I’d like the number to corporate for this location or a response if possible!

Disclaimer: This location until today has been one of the worst I’ve ever been to. We are usually always missing something, treated with little to no customer service, and the food is always mediocre at best…not my usual experience with other locations in other cities so it’s always been pretty disappointing.

This place is a joke and clearly needs new management. I shouldn’t be getting served day old beans and fries that are clearly stale and unseasoned rice. My 5 layer burrito didn’t have a 2nd layer, nacho cheese, or the sour cream. The fries I added were all put into the back end of the burrito. The enchirito I ordered had no beans despite the 5 layer having beans. There were no large cup lids and the dragon fruit brisk was out of stock. The manager had the audacity to be complaining about losing money in front of me and with this pathetic showing the place should shut down as a whole. Any competent manager would always have plenty stocked and this is speaking from a position with experience. Don’t go here.

Genuinely very confused. I went back after I had already ordered and taken it home because they made my veggie Mexican pizza with black beans instead of refried beans (I know its dumb but I hate black beans.) I didn’t really care bout that and I understand that’s a very easy mistake. They gave me my pizza. I checked it before I left and I saw refried beans sticking out the side. I assumed all it would be the refried beans. A corner of it was refried beans and the rest was beef???? So I ate the beef without realizing. I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life. I’ve never had this issue and am so confused how that happened. I also ordered a soft taco supreme with beans instead of beef. I opened my taco and it was only beans and cheese. They were out of lettuce which is fine but I didn’t get the sour cream and tomatoes. I don’t ever write reviews but I am upset that none of my food was correct and I couldn’t eat it because dietary restrictions. I was raised a vegetarian since birth so I get sick when I eat meat. They can consider this in the future.

First when we asked to give us one minute to decide what we were going to eat we were asked to pull around and get out of line when no one else was in the line to begin with. When I asked the lady why I she to move she said because I was affecting her timer. Did not receive my drink because the window was shut in face when I asked for extra sauces and the upcharge . I had 14 tacos and a Mexican pizza and I received ten sauces . Didnt even 1 sauce per item. She said I would be charged 60 cents for 5 I requested,15 and she said it would be 3.68 Worst service and she was so concerned about charging me extra that she didn’t even give my drink an item I paid for. Nerver again.

In no way could I recommend stopping at this location when other Taco Bells are near by. My entire experience was strange. The workers must have known full well what they are doing based on their behavior. I can only imagine that this location is running with out any management or oversite.

I was handed drinks with lids not attached, spilling on me and my vehicle, I specifically asked if my Mexican pizza was in the bag, was told “absolutely sir” it was not! And to top it off, they were all just leaning and talking while I waited in the drive thru. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT taco bell ever again…

So… this in-particular Taco Bell makes no sense to me. The last 3x I’ve come here, it was at night. Each time I placed my order on the app. When I get to the speaker I’m just supposed to tell them that I placed my order online & it’s a pick up for Stacy. But before I can say anything, they come on telling me what they are out of. Tonight it happened again.. Just telling me what they’re out of. The woman starts telling me all the things that they are out of, & she mentions nachos & cheese. Well… I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande, which those nachos & cheese are ingredients in (& I even got extra nacho cheese in my Bell Grande). So I cut the woman off & said.. I placed my order online, do you have the food that I ordered? She asked me my name, I told her. She told me to pull around. Now here’s the odd part,..on the speaker she told me that they didn’t have nachos & cheese, so how exactly did I get this Nacho Bell Grande? This isn’t the first time this has happened, where they tell me on the speaker that they don’t have something, but when I tell them I placed my order online, they somehow sporadically have it!? I’m not mad that I got what I ordered, I’m just saying… they be lying!!
