Very typical Taco Bell. Must order from kiosk, app or drive thru. They don’t take orders at the counter. We ordered to dine in. But, they put it in a carry-out bag anyway. It took 15+ minutes to get our food. They left items out of the order. Took 5+ minutes to get that addressed. As I said, it’s a very typical Taco Bell. But I will continue to go back.

Where do I even start? Not one person at the counter for longer then 3 minutes. The fryer oil was definitely burnt. The Mexican pizza shell was gross. The taco shells were stale. The cinnamon twists were nasty. It was a waste of my family’s time and money. We ended up going to Culver’s. Utter failure of a trip. I will never visit this location again. Disgusting. No wonder the place was empty…

Unfortunately, this Taco Bell is no better than the other one that we have in Shelbyville. They’re constantly running out of things like ground beef on nights: The service is horrible. The employees are rude. The crew has definitely changed in the past months the customer service has suffered greatly.

I ordered a combo. They were out of large drinks so they gave me a medium and a small cup. I ordered tea, they had to fill it behind the counter. My taco shell was completely cracked in two parts and the filli.g went everywhere when I u wrapped it.
