Very busy place, but was loaded with friendly workers who were doing the best they could to keep up. I’ve never seen so many people working that hard at a Taco Bell to put out orders. We did end up waiting a bit but the food turned out pretty good. Nice clean restaurant with outdoor seating

My crunch wrap Supreme was essentially empty my tacos had more meat and lettuce on them than the crunch wrap and the crunch wrap was bigger

They won’t wait on people with disabilities. They just tried to send us to their kiosk that I can’t operate. We left with no food.

Typically Taco Bell with below average order filling accuracy. Every time I hit the drive thru they never fail to get the order wrong. Anytime I want to be frustrated by a declining work ethic and apathy of job performance I hit this Taco Bell. If you’re looking for frustration and disappointment in a dining experience I highly recommend coming taking your fast food quest here!

The food was terrible. It took them 20 minutes to make my coffee and it was only half full. Our food was cold and I paid for extra meat I did not receive. My boss got the heart of the lettuce In her food. There are 5 ppl working and 3 of them are just standing around they don’t even have to take your order here . Why did we wait half an hour for our food?? All around a terrible experience!!!!!

I usually go between 7 and 8 pm friday and Saturday. Before I go to work, using the drive thru. The crew is kind. And they usually ask if I would like sause. They make food as ordered which I dont mind seeing it’s the evening. They are usually quick but never slow. I am always behind 2 or 3 customers. So they must be a great shift.

So my husband and I went for dinner to this Taco Bell. Never again. The store itself is new and looks like most typical in this franchise. On the customer side of the counter, it was clean. There is a clear divider keeping customers on their side but it allows you to watch your food get made. I watched as the first girl on the line tossed food onto the floor over her shoulder several times. I also watched when she scooped chicken for my chicken quesadilla. She scooped once and paused and out loud said Really? And I could see why she said it. There was very little chicken in the scoop. Rather than get another container of chicken, she tossed that scoop on and then tried to fish out what little bit was left, basically the crumbs, and called it a day. They then loaded it with cheese to hide the fact that there was 8 little sad pieces of what was left of the chicken. We also ordered several tacos with out lettuce, but I think they forgot the meat because it was so skimpy you got maybe three bites that had actual meat in it. I also ordered a crunch wrap. That was the saddest crunch wrap I have ever seen. It was about as flat as a pancake since there wasn’t much filling in it at all and barely put on the grill to make it stay together. I mean, I get it…it is fast food. But I still spent money there to get the scraps from the bin. I verbalized out loud that I could see what little chicken just got put on my food and I know one person heard me as I was not trying to be quiet about it. No one bothered to address it and instead, the young lady at the window, who was attending to people in the drive thru (she was very nice when she spoke to me and wanted to make sure I had my drinks). She may not have realized what I had said since she had headphones on, but she knew something was wrong. My husband hates when I point out things like this, and he was already shaking his head at me so I didn’t address it any further.
