Went in to order food for my family. Ordered 3 DLT no cheese and 1 DLT with cheese. Stepped off to the side to check my order after I received the bag, as I had 17 items on my list. Was missing a DLT and when I told the manager she said “well they are all there, I made them myself. I don’t know what you did with it or where it went but you had them all in there.” As she counted 3, not 4 total. In the end, she scoffed and made the 4th one but her pure rudeness for customer satisfaction, and the fact that I didn’t even leave the store before checking my order, says a lot about how she is running that place and her treatment of customers and employees. Very unsatisfied.

Came by at 10:30 pm July 28 2023 on the drive through, got the wrong order twice, finally got mostly the right order but with some mistakes and still had to ask for our drink on top of that, and the woman taking our order and giving us our food seemed really high. The whole order was wrong. One combo was supposed to have no lettuce and all of it has lettuce. The other combo was charged as supreme and got no supreme. The service was slow. Most of the time we don’t care about how fast the service is but to sit in line and then the entire order be wrong is just not okay.
