I literally just got home from ordering Taco Bell tonight after I got off of work. We start eating and it’s nothing but sauce no taco meat what so ever on all 3 of our Crunchwraps…. If it wasn’t for the fact I live in oak hill and I just got home from work I would have driven back so instead I tried to call to let them know but they just kept leaving the phone ringing and ringing! Ive never had a bad order from them before it seriously $15 and we couldn’t get any actual taco meat on our food. I work in food service so I understand it gets hectic and stressful sometimes but there was only one car in front of me and a few people inside and one car behind me they were not in a rush or getting slammed so much they couldn’t make those Crunchwraps the correct way, it shouldn’t have.

Miranda is seriously the most talented manager Taco Bell has ever seen. She solves problems nearly instantly, treats her staff with respect and decency and shows the customer that she really does care. Overall, my favorite Taco Bell on earth. Yes I’ve been to them all.

I swear, in my life have i seen or found people soo illiterate. The girl working on the window and inside taking the orders cant even spell. She is always laughing like she has some mental problems, she cant even spell normal names like Alina, Kevin, Matt??? What??? Come on, high school must be hard for kids nowadays. Ordered quesadilla w/ steak combo. Had very little steak and taco supreme didn’t have sour cream and lettuce was chunks of core.. Usually Taco Bell is excellent with quality of food, just not today. Cashier was very friendly and polite.

Didj’all even let go of the press handle when you put this one through? Quicker service than usual today, but at the expense of my food. No cheese was melted in the making of this quesadilla. All the toppings fell out as I was eating it. Will be sure to ask for “well done” next time.

The quality of food has definitely increased over the years. With the new renovations, it’s definitely a better experience eating inside. Unfortunately, the service has been subpar for a while in the drive-thru. At least 80% of my visits through the drive-thru result in parking and going inside to get half of my missing items, even though I explicitly ask if everything is there before pulling away.
