Went went thru the drive thru today and was promptly greeted by a friendly young lady and I made mention of a small complaint I experienced last time I visited. When I pulled to the window the manager, Jake, was there to apologize and make things right. He was very professional and friendly. I really appreciate it, kindness is rare these days. Keep up the great work! We will be back now for sure.

Worst service I’ve gotten at a place in a long time. Difficult to get into, and they never provide all the food you ordered. Even then, the food is half-made. Waste of time and money, will not be returning any time soon.

My son picked up 3 chili cheese burritos at the drive thru. The first was so sparse of ingredients, I unwrapped the remaining two to take pictures. One was about as bad as the first, the other was a little better but still unacceptable.

I wish I had anything nice to say. I am not exaggerating when I say every single time I order here, something is wrong or left out of my order. The workers have never been kind in the 10 years I’ve lived in the area so I’m guessing it is a management and/or training issue. Also, don’t attempt to eat breakfast here. If the window/door says they open at 7am, there won’t be anyone at the drive thru and the door will be locked until 7:30 or 8am. And if you come at 9:30 or 10am they will be “all out of breakfast foods.” Seriously. I have been told this at about 7 times, and meanwhile the whole group of employees was standing in the back smoking. So yeah, just drive to New Lebanon for Taco Bell.

They simply can not make the food as it’s ordered ever. I’m not sure if they can’t follow directions or can’t read the screen. Whatever it is they need to Crack down on being better at making the food. I order 2 Supreme nacho tacos no lettuce. Got two regular nacho tacos no lettuce. And then ordered a steak quesadilla light sauce. And ended up with a chicken quesadilla. It doesn’t make any sense at all. You just read a screen and make the food how it’s ordered.

My worst Taco Bell experience ever in my life. The cashier was impatient taking our order. After receiving our order I was shorted a hard taco. I had no receipt to prove it. My husband’s crunchwrap had charred food bits on the outside and we overlooked it, but I got halfway through my crunchwrap and noticed I had charred food bits on the inside. Gross!
