The food was tasty, but the staff was severely lacking in customer service skills. I ordered at the kiosk and went to the counter to pay. At that time they told me they were not accepting cash(I had exact change ) I asked to pay with my card and was told that they couldn’t do it at the register and I had to do it at the kiosk. I then had to place another order. They didn’t give me my drink cup, and when I asked for one their response was ” Oh, we are out of that size” and then they just went back to what they were doing. I kept standing there and a woman ( guessing the manager) looks up and asks what I need. I tell her my cup and she repeats that they are out of that size. Finally she tells the employee to just give me 2 of a smaller size. I feel like all of the issues could have been fixed with some simple problem solving ( sign on the door that says card only, a sign on the machine that says out of large cups). But instead it just made for a customer that felt like they were expected to figure out the restaurants problems. I know supply chain issues and staffing issues are huge right now, but a little communication by the staff would make their lives and the customers experience better and easier.

Ta o bell is a classic. I love the new chicken ranch burrito. It has fritos in it, so it Is crunchy. Nice to have a non bean option. This one was clean, and the workers are very friendly every time I have visited. Also the prices seem to be better than most fast food places anymore. I am glad they built it at this location. Nice that it is right off of the highway exit. Will visit this particular taco bell more than any other one in the area.

Terrible experience… won’t be back. 5 employees, including manager sitting at a table in the dining room doing absolutely nothing while one person was making all the food and one person was running the drive thru. I ordered a taco and a burrito and it took me twenty minutes to get my food. All the tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. As a former Taco Bell manager I was appalled by the condition of the store and the service I received..

Took my money but didn’t prepare my online order. Threatened to call the police because I was blocking the line. I was totally calm and just trying to understand how to get a refund for my food. Taylor said she can’t do anything if she doesn’t have the order on her screen (even though I had an order confirmation number and message saying my order was ready). I asked to speak to the manager but Taylor said no, the manager would just tell me the same thing. She didn’t ask me to move out of the drive thru line or suggest any solutions, she just threatened to call the police when I asked her what I should do to get either my order or my money back. Never again.

I paid via the app and had customizations and upgrades on all my meal items. Not only did they not add them but the taco in my combo barely had anything on it. It was just a shell basically with maybe a teaspoon of meat plopped in the middle and a scattering of lettuce and cheese.

There is always an issue when I go there either they’re out of beef or they’re out of chicken or steak or they’re only taking cash or they’re only taking cards or when you order two soft tacos with nothing on them except beef cheese and rice and they give you soft tacos with a ton of chipotle sauce or whatever the heck it was. I know those people that made that would need that foul stuff and there was nobody else in the Drive-Thru line for them to confuse the order but there’s always a problem. The inside is never open and I truly believe that there’s not one happy person that works there. The place should be shut down for real

Absolute worst customer service when they are actually open. Had a problem with my order and corporate sent me a coupon for any 2 free items so upon ordering the manger tells me I can only get 2 tacos so I point out what the coupon says and she starts yelling at me telling me to take it or go. So I left. I never raised my voice or anything. They just don’t wanna work!

Drove up today and was told they are only taking online orders. My business went to Wendy’s. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this particular location, therefore the one star review. Service has always been poor, but today took the cake.

Once again I pull up to the drive-thru and I’m told an hour before they’re stated hours on here that this location is closed. If so then why would you have the drive-thru headset on. The laziness of employees at this location is mind-boggling.
