The good is good here. Not as hot as it should be but the service sucks. I asked for a number 3 (3 soft tacos) no lettuce no tomatoe. When I got to the window the lady told me I asked for no sour cream not lettuce I said no this is what I said she shrugged her shoulders and mumbled off. No more fast food for me. If you cared about you job you care about the people you serve. I work retail not much different beside we sell different things.

Sometimes they don’t have some things that I want, they’re out of meat and stuff. Kinda worried to go through the drive through and get disappointed when they don’t have something I want. Waste of time when that happens, but good food when they do have stuff. I rate 6.5/10

I love taco bell. but it doesn’t seem right if the price of a singular taco goes up by a certain amount and also the meat is decreased in the taco. I get things are expensive now and days but damn it’s mass produced taco meat. Company management needs to maybe get a little less rich and stop price gouging their customers.. to much greed in this world..

Food was good! Went inside, drive thru was busy, then got a rude comment to use the self service kiosk since it would be a long wait to get a cashier. Waited 5 minutes for my food, then when I got my food I had ordered a large drink. Then they tried to give me a medium and say that the meal comes with a medium (which I paid 10 cents for the large). Food was good. But service is bad.

One of the scariest Bell’s I’ve been to. 2 employees. No silverware. 2 elderly people ordered taco salads. They told them to eat with your hands. Food preparer threw papers, bags, whatever got in their way on the floor. People were asked to use the kiosk, couldn’t help them. I used mobile order, it took 30 plus minutes to get my food. I felt bad for the only 2 employees working. 1 running the window. 1 preparing food. He did a good job preparing, but was overwhelmed. The owner should not be able to have a franchise and run a bell like this. Is there a manager? I seriously doubt that. This gets my: OMG!!! There are better places to eat than being in this kind of environment!!! Avoid this place if you value your well being!!!

Just a little slow do to not having the proper employees on shift. The food was just thrown together, and my tacos fell apart. Also, the homeless hangout around the store is a real issue.

The food was great. They were busy and forgot to give us utensils. We were eating in the car. It was after the dining room was closed. The line was too long to go through just to get utensils. Food would’ve been cold. It got a bit messy. They also forgot to cut my Mexican pizza and chicken Quesadilla.
