I would put zero Stars if that was a possibility! The first photos were taken weeks ago and they offered me free food of course I didn’t accept it because what’s the point all I’m trying to do is get somebody in that place to do their damn job! To take pride in their job! But last night the last four photos of this post? $4 and that’s what I got? I understand inflation but you can keep your $4 you can keep this sorry excuse of a taco and all the money I spend at Taco bell? I’d rather go without eating! This is absurd! And the fact that somebody sent it out the window tells me nobody in the Loveland Taco Bell gives two flying leaks about their customers! Both times I’ve gone this is what I get. I don’t want your free food because it’s not even worth free!

This location has been my favorite for many years. I’m glad to see it properly staffed again. The meat quality was poor for a while I’m not sure what was the deal with that. But everything is back to normal and I’m happy with my orders. Thank you!

Ordered at midnight on doordash. They made 2 different dashers wait an hour before canceling the order. Ordered the same thing and went to go pick it up. An item was missing so I went inside and asked for it. They told me they were out and couldn’t make it, fine, so I asked if it would still be charged then. Employee said “I don’t know that” and walked away. ????? Didn’t even try to help. The food I did get was wrong anyway.

I got the five layer burrito and a nachos supreme. It didn’t taste great, but the main thing is that before long I was having some serious abdominal discomfort which only grew worse and worse on my drive home. I was praying hard that I wouldn’t have an “accident” before I got home, but I was passing a lot of gas. I started passing a fart before I got the front door open which continued all along my dash to the bathroom where I barely made it at the last second before all hell broke loose. When I had walked into Taco Bell I had inadvertently interrupted the employees lunch. They were eating out in the dining room where customers eat and they were *all* eating Raising Cane’s chicken fingers which they had either ordered in or had picked up and brought back. I have been eating Taco Bell food off and on for over 40 years, but I don’t want to take a chance that something like that could happen again, I may never eat at this location or any other Taco Bell location ever again.

I ordered online.. when I arrived I was told to give them a minute. Which is fine I understand they were probably short staffed, but I sat at the menu for 10 minutes before I could tell them I ordered online. After I got my food I was walking back into work and the bottom of my bag busted open… apparently they put my Taco in my bag without a wrapper.. they just dropped it in there and the meat juice soaked the bag so my food hit the ground. Absolutely ridiculous

It’s just Taco Bell food … But it was well prepared and they were appropriately generous with the servings. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. It was a very good Taco Bell experience

I would like for 1 time that I go they get my order correct. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL OFF FROM THE DRIVE THRU! I called to let them know my order is wrong and they could care less and said I ordered a certain # when I know for a fact what I ordered and SAW IT CORRECT on the screen! Plus the order they ended up giving me the burrito has a huge whole on the front of it and the HARD SHELL taco is broken! To say im upset is not even the half!!!!! Guess I shouldn’t expect more from Taco Bell

I ordered the $5 box from the app, grilled cheese burrito, and a couple chicken chipotle burritos. Everything was super old and nothing had the sauces it come with on it. I am in labor and delivery and was allowed to eat and this literally made me sick just from some bites. I 100% do not recommend. Look at the beans in the 5 layer burrito. It’s old and dry. Not the nation the shells flaked off from how stale it was.

I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme, it didn’t have any black beans on it. They totally missed a step, then when I called to tell them, the phone keeps ringing and ringing and dies. You can’t even get ahold of them when your order is wrong.
