Ordered tacos and all have the wrong meat, red sauce cup was open in the bag, red sauce in cinnabons and wanted to argue about it when confronted inside. Eat at your own risk, but it seems to be like this everywhere in Hillsboro… must be the water.

There were three customers in line (inside) counting myself. One had already ordered. The man in front of me attempted to order and pay but the card machine stopped working. He had to two repeat his order 3 times before they moved him to another register that worked. After my order was placed, we waited 15 minutes until they had the food ready, except they mixed up two seperate orders. Another 5 minute wait and we decided to take the food home instead of eating there.

LarderRoom…It’s Taco Bell Tuesday so I tried the NEW Toasted Cheddar Chalupa Deluxe-Grilled Chicken with a side of Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes! Just high five me now. Added a bucket of Fire Sauce and we will call it a night! Service was friendly and my food came hot and fast. It’s Taco Bell! Enjoy!

Wasn’t that bad? However however there was a younger smaller guy in there with glasses who messed up 4order Back to back. Once they were made aware of it they fixed it promptly food was hot fresh and delicious.

The were the smallest soft Taco Supreme I have ever gotten at a Taco bell location. I should have just ordered the soft Taco shells plain ….that’s how little were in them. $2.29 each what a rip off!!!! Will never buy from this store again.

The staff do not know how to make food or get your order right. They have messed up the last three times we went in there, either forgetting items, or making items improperly. In fact, even though I was assured by the manager I could get my missing item on my next trip, staff refused to give it to me because I had ordered some other items as well, and they “didn’t know how to ring it up” and told me to come back some other day. (Note: there is a book where they write down customer names and the items that were missing so you can conveniently pick them up next time you come through, and even though I explained this to staff, they still couldn’t figure it out.) today we finally got the missing item, but then they screwed up everything else we ordered. All of the soft shells were stale, the food was extremely skimpy, and the crunchwrap was actually missing most of its filling, and there was no “crunch” to speak of. It was seriously thinner than a slice of bread and had no meat! And don’t even get me started on their lack of COVID-19 precautions.. most of the time they don’t even have a mask on and only pull it up under their nose when they’re handing food out the drive-thru window, and the guy handling the food last time actually had cut all the fingers off of his gloves! There was somebody walking around today with a tablet taking pictures and notes, so I’m hoping corporate is aware of these issues and was investigating and working to correct it. But I would give zero stars if I could.

The night manager If that is what you call her is lacking any skills needed to be such. Our order was incorrect and we drove back around to the window and the person at the window was very kind and apologetic. He tried to make everything okay while she was barking orders about making sure she got the wrong food back. I guess she did this so she could save it for the next person. It was already out of our bag and handed back. Since that order was higher priced we were owed money back which was forgotten by her, go figure. Well a trip inside happened to get the money and she demanded that there was a missing taco that she needed back. Well she was told no….. Money was refunded and I guess I can cross this restaurant off my list. From this point on I won’t know if the food I order is fresh or one that was in someone’s bag before mine. It’s a shame that restaurants are so desperate for help anyone can be an off shift manager.
