Ordered 2 Doritos Locos Tacos, both of them were soggy and smooshed flat. They barely had any beef or anything in them. I also ordered 1 Beefy 5 Layer that had almost no beef at all in it. It was mostly filled with refried beans and sour cream, didn’t hardly have cheese either.

I just wanted some comfort food, but there was nothing comforting about this experience at all. First, let me say the only nice staff member. who did not treat us bad or like we were inconveniencing them was Jeremy. Every female staff member there had attitude it was like somebody pissed in their cheerios. The lobby’s Ice Maker was out of ice. All the diet pepsi’s had no syrup they were just all carbonation. When I informed a female staff members, they just sighed and walked away.. Jeremy was really nice about it. He gave us some ice and got us some Pepsi from behind the counter. My husband had the number one, which was 3 supreme tacos, and it was like somebody took their gression out on them and smashed them all. It was basically a taco salad instead. I had the number three, which came with a supreme burrito and a taco. So not only did we buy our dinner, but we also bought a 12 pack of tacos to take home For a midnight smack. I don’t even bother to check those taco salads… I wish I would have remembered to take pictures. So you could see how many pieces the tacos were in.

Went through and got a meal that was around eight dollars. It was for supreme tacos and every time I went there sour cream is included. This time they charged me almost 3 dollars extra to add sour cream and also charged me three dollars for my drink. Keep in mind I got a COMBO MEAL. will not be going back there. I don’t see what the point of a combo meal is when you’re charging for every single thing extra really don’t feel like it should’ve been more expensive than what it said since I did not get anything that was not supposed to be included in the meal. Rip off for fast food. Defiantly feel like they’re stealing leaving there.

Stopped by to pick up lunch with our family of 2 Doritos Locos tacos, 2 cheesy Gordita crunches, chicken quesadilla, and crunch wrap. Every item had a good amount of meat and fresh toppings. And the taco shells were crispy. Great location with good service!

I’m out $54 in food. But while the teenagers in drive through can make sure to mess around and give me 1000 packets of sauce, I somehow get screwed on my food. Manager “Steve” or “Gary” he kept changing his name was the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve delt with. Music blaring in the background. This is probably the 5th time I’ve had a horrible experience and will be my last time there. Doesn’t matter if it’s lunch, dinner or 2 am. Same guaranteed horrible service. I have tried to really like this location. But, I would rather drive to the taco bell in Mason than go to this one. The service is slow, and the quality of the food is a joke. If you get a “cruchwrap” it comes out as a bag of ingredients rather than a wrap (this has happened on way more than one occasion). And the last few times they have forgotten items from my order.

Got my food quick but there were added toppings that don’t come on normal tacos. The entire 12 pack . I mean I can Understand muscle memory but you added toppings that don’t even come on Basic stuff. Train your staff. This is very upsetting. You get service stars thank Doordarh for their hustle. You guys really dropped the ball.

If you’re not a fan of refried beans, don’t order here. Maybe it’s the fact I got it an hour before closing, and the workers weren’t happy about that, im not sure. But expect major beans and no sauce past 11. I don’t blame them though, I’m sure if they got paid more this wouldn’t be a problem- and if I got paid more at my job, I wouldn’t be eating here. God speed, bean demons.
