When there is no line, no rush, I Have a super simple order, chicken soft tacos all supreme and that’s what I get on all 3. The two stars is for the politeness of the girl taking my order.

I always order customized items and they mess them up. The last time they put lettuce in my double steak grilled cheese burrito when I asked for extra sauce. They don’t come with lettuce. And I asked for no sour cream, it came with sour cream. Same thing today too but without the lettuce. And I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. Light lettuce, no sour cream, no tomatoes, extra beef and extra sauce. It was basically just full of lettuce and it was cold.

I don’t know why I gave this taco bell another chance…they disappointed me again…The food that comes out of this place is never top quality. I realize it’s fast food, but other Taco Bell’s seem to be much better. My chicken soft taco was wrapped like a taquito with nothing in it, and they don’t know the difference between soft or hard shell, got the order wrong. Wasted time and money…get it together guys…someone needs to train the workers on putting together an order I’m done!

The best decision you can make is to stay away from this trash store! The manager and employees are beyond rude!!! Getting called a b!+@h over the phone (with my son in the car) when making a complaint about the drive through employee being rude as hell is far from ok. The “general manager” is a joke because he acted like he could care less about what the manager said. There’s better options than going here. Stay far away from this store.

I don’t know why we come back… I pay for supreme toppings and never get them, I mean never, and This time was the last time I’ll be dining at this Taco Bell. I ordered sub potatoes and got beef, was left with no nachos and cheese that I paid for, so I was left with no meal, and of course no supreme, this is very upsetting, I didn’t feel like driving back 10 minutes, but I’m sure they would have fixed it. Either way next time I’ll make sure to go to the Park Ave Taco Bell because they never disappoint!

The employees we talked to were super nice. The employees here were super nice when taking orders, organized food on the tray nicely, and the store was very clean and organized as well. This would definitely be the go-to Taco Bell for me in VA if it was nearby.
