Unfortunately I had to take a very important phone call while I was eating my lunch in the restaurant. The pathetic music that was being played was way too loud and I could barely hear the party at the other end of the line. He even mentioned that he could hear the music better than he could hear me. Literally every time I order on doordash, you mess it up. Tacos are made wrong when they’re not that special. I order my taco no lettuce add sour cream every time and you mess it up. Wrong meat on the burritos. I order beef, you put steak. I have not gotten a correct order from doordash ONCE. And the only thing that is offered is a refund on it. Once I ordered a grilled cheese BEEF burrito and you guys made it wrong 3 times! Even when I called and made sure before the order was delivered that it was made correctly. You guys need to WATCH YOUR TAGS! The manager even told me on the phone that you guys are poor at that. It’s not difficult. I know things happen. Mistakes are fine. But every time?? Wow.

Food was good but they forgot my freeze that I went back up and got, but that’s not why I gave two stars. I was eating a taco and found some really messed up lettuce. I know it comes out of a bag but be careful if you’re eating here!

The food is never put together the right way (we got two soft tacos and the meat fell out as soon as we picked it up) The Baja blast always tastes like the syrup needs to be replaced. (The past 6-7 times we got it, it takes like fizzy water) The employees are rude (some of them don’t speak directly to the customer and others really short with them). The drive thru line always takes forever (took almost 30 minutes for a chalupa, a cheesy Gordita crunch, two soft tacos, and two large drinks). Fostoria’s Taco Bell makes me hate Taco Bell, and it’s always been one of my favorites.

Worst location in OHIO , randomly closes with no sign to warn customers, pushes off opening times with no warnings, and this happens multiple times, not just once in a while. Whoever owns this location needs to sell to someone who can run a fast food restaurant correct.
