Chapula was rock hard. Nachos smashed. Burritos I ordered werent done correctly. I ordered a box meal, didn’t come in a box so little confused. Seemed like manager with pink hair had something on a phone showing off to employees rather than helping out or making my food correctly. This place has gone downhill at night. Very disappointed

Just went through drive thru and have to say best experience at TB in a long time. Ordered 8 burritos and they put a handwritten label on the one that was different. That makes a huge difference so we don’t have to unwrap each burrito and handle everyone’s to pass out. I just appreciated that. Fast. Hot food. Appreciated this experience.

Worst taco bell ever-and that’s not an easy task. Rude, lazy, and slow. I can’t remember the last time any taco bell got my order correct the first time. When you order on the app, the app tells you it’s time to pick up. Then you get there and they haven’t even started the food. If you’re lucky it’s done 15 minutes later. Last time I ordered, the app glitched and we got $20 worth of tacos that we didn’t want. They refused to do anything about it. Finally learned my lesson. For $20 I could order tacos from a Mexican restaurant and get them faster and friendlier.

My favorite part about this location is the staff. Very real, down to earth, warm and friendly. They’re quick and if they’re not, they’ll tell you why and how long it’ll be. Very customer oriented. My absolute favorite thing is they have the machines to order at but they don’t make you do it and they don’t get mad if you would rather have a person at a register like the good old days. Always clean inside. Orders are typically correct. This location is a favorite for sure!

Ordered on the app and went to pickup and they never received my order and was lost. Weird how my bank account showed payment to Taco Bell for $70 and they would not make the food even though I showed them the order through the app. Made me sit in the parking lot for almost an hour trying to figure it out. No one came back out to tell me what was going on so I left. I had to reorder food again at another Taco Bell and be charged another $70, so now $140 on my card to be told to call corporate the next day to be refunded. I just wanted to order lunch for my family visiting in town.
