When you wait in line 20 minutes and get home 2 minutes up the rd, you get pi$$ed when your tacos are broke and very little meat and toppings.

The Mexican pizza hardly have anything on & the taco supreme what’s the size of a regular taco not worth the $$ @ all . Then u see a young boy come in from either the bathroom or outside he goes back 2 make food , never washed his hands , put gloves on & started making food like it was nothing . That was very gross & upset my stomach & kind of ruined my meal . Supervisors please tell. Ur workers. 2 wash their hands before they start work. .

The staff was wonderful. I felt very good about there service and it was a chill and relaxing place to dine inside while enjoying delishious food. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and compasion and respect the workers had for each other and their guests. Between switching from breakfast to lunch and keeping up with customers inside and at the drivethru i believe the current staff is operating like a well oiled machine. I 100 percent recommend this place.

The employee Carrie was a great employee and person. Very kind, she made my iced coffee too, but after eating and drinking the food, I felt fine there for a minute, than started to feel nauseous afterwards, not good at all. I know people say that taco bell males people feel that way, but I have never felt this sick from eating taco Belk, and I would eat it quite a bit.

Whats the point of ordering on the mobile app? To stand at the front counter waiting on food , while the app says its ready. Take a seat and wait, a bit….finally get some help and the same bag u watched sit by the drive thru window the whole time you were there almost half an hour. They give you the food with half of it dumped in the bag. So of course the food was cold! Dont waste your time using the app!!

Came Through the driveway, I had a great young gentleman give me my food and spark up a short but awesome conversation, as that less than 10 second conversation happened his manager came along “Carey” or however you’d spell it, yelled at him, told him to stop speaking to us, and slammed the window, Carey is by far the worst manager I’ve ever witness, she belittled 2 other workers as we watched in disgust, please for the love of god fire this terrible woman, we had 2 people in the line and had 0 people wait time to justify that kind of behavior, absolutely disgusting behavior from what i would unfortunately assume is a manager.

Carrie the manager was incredibly rude to employees directly in front of customers, both drive-thru and eat-in. Repeatedly used derogatory terms when referring to her employees and swearing at them.

Was the best Taco Bell out of the two in Wooster but now they consistently get orders wrong, hang up on you mid conversation.

What happened to all the meat? When you look at your food it is easy to see that they are trying to skimp every chance they get. The soft tacos are skimpy and rolled now? I can’t eat a chalupa without any meat. I guess I don’t go there very often so I can see a big difference. It’s not anywhere close to what it used to be.
