Rude employees that don’t fulfill simple orders. Even the most simple item on the menu isn’t executed to standard guidelines. Unless of course the other Taco Bell’s across the country have been giving larger portions of meat in their soft tacos. Unsatisfactory!

Went through the drive through, attendant seemed very short with responses and annoyed because I had a larger order. I get home and realize they forgot 2 items I ordered. I try and be as nice as I can be, but on MANY OCCASSIONS this has happened to me at this location. Very very poor. It wasn’t busy and we were the only ones in the drive through and there was no one inside. Very annoyed, not even worth the phone call or drive back to get the missed items.

The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because my food was correct. Other than that, it took 10 minutes for someone to even notice I was waiting to pay with cash, and then an additional 10 minutes to get my food. So a total of 20 minutes waiting. Most people have a 30 minute lunch break. Not acceptable for a fast food restaurant! I know non-fast food restaurants that are quicker.

As usual, they got our order wrong, and the cashier acted like it was a bother when I told her about it. I went inside and told them my order wasn’t correct. The lady got visibly frustrated. I’m not sure who she was frustrated with, but she was short with me. I just ordered food and nicely told them my order wrong. I do not appreciate the way she talked At me.

Sat in line with two orders (one for myself and one for a friend). They gave me my order within 5 minutes but then I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes before a worker came out and told me they closed and won’t give me my second order. They saw me sitting in the drive through and I could see them laughing at me, yet no one told me they were closed and wouldn’t allow me to get the second order. If I knew they were closed, I would have gotten a refund through the app, but they let me sit in the drive through, and mocked me, while I waited. I know y’all don’t get paid much but to let that happen to someone is so unprofessional and rude. One star, and if I could, negative 1000000 stars.

My husband and I have not been happy with the food last few times we have been there. When you get a bean/beef and cheese burrito, or a taco it should have beef in it. Something other than lettuce should come in your taco. For as much as it costs to eat at Taco Bell, I feel you shouldn’t have to worry about the food preparation. And, we’re tired of getting nacho chip crumbs.

Very nice little newly built Taco Bell. The employees were friendly and quick to replace an item I accidently ordered wrong. My fault but they understood and made a new taco for me immediately. Its modern on the inside with the touchscreens for ordering and its modern decor. Recommended.

This taco bell sucks!! Literally i would rather travel to Arlington rd to get my food. I was so excited when i see they were making a taco bell 5 mins from home and it turned out to be the worst. The service is horrible it seems like no one cares.. the most simplest order and they ALWAYS somehow get my order wrong this is the second time ive been there and the second time they’ve done a horrible job.. the first time they told me they ran out of beef.. they give small portions and jus throw your food together.. i HATE this taco bell and will travel the extra 10 mins to Arlington rd.
