Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch craving box. Asked for no tomato on the burrito supreme. The chips and cheese dip weren’t even in the bag, so that was a good start. The burrito supreme had tomatoes and did not look like a burrito supreme. It was a soggy disgusting burrito with tomatoes and brown soggy paste inside that was probably made 3 days ago. Didn’t even try to eat it. The Doritos taco was broken in 4 pieces and wetter than the burrito on the bottom. Straight to the trash bag with the burrito. 0/3 at this point. The Cheesy Gordita Crunch was the only edible thing and barely. So almost $10 and only 1/4 of the items was edible/given to me. It was also not busy at all and the drive through was still really slow. The girl at the window was friendly. That’s literally the only positive thing that I experienced. Won’t ever go to this one again.

Went here with some friends after doing a Muddy run so we were starving! Didn’t realize you had to use the kiosk to order food so we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no interaction from the workers before another customer let us know we had to order at the kiosk. Other than that, food came up quickly, was warm and tasty.

Worst Taco Bell ever,, They should just shut it down.. Always out of something,, the new dipping tacos came out goes to order one, gets told there out of meat. Wait a couple days go back and gets told there discontinued.. They just came out!! Engalfield Oil needs to give this place up.. if there not out of something you sit for 10 to 20 minutes to get waited on,, then your order is never right..

Kind of ridiculous to make people sit at your speaker for 10 minutes. After being told a few times that it would be a few minuteI asked how much longer until I could order. Some boy got on the speaker and was very snippy. He said he had more important customers with door dash orders to worry about. 3 cars behind me, 1 at the window. 0 people parked to go inside. Poor management, poor customer service.its always been terrible but I won’t be back after that experience. Do better Taco Bell. Very surprised the owners don’t take a little more time to improve their hiring ability. Sad.

By far the worse Taco Bell I’ve been to. I went a few months ago and the service was so bad and my order was so messed up that I haven’t been back until today. It has been so long that I apparently forgot just how bad this Taco Bell is. I sat in line for 20 minutes only to be told twice that they will be with me in a couple of minutes. After sitting in line for a total of 25 minutes, I gave up and went to the Arby’s next door where I was through the line and eating in under 5 minutes. The Taco Bell corporation really needs to just shut this Taco Bell down. I’ll drive 15 minutes north now for Taco Bell instead of going through this Taco Bell.

We go to taco sometimes, and everytime it’s atleast a 25 minute wait, busy or not! You never can use your card always cash, atleast 1 to 5 things there out of everytime, and my last visit they couldnt grill or steam anything which ment u was literally stuck with a taco lol ! UHRICHSVILLE TACO SUCKS! Not to mention the cig right by where your foods made

They are always out of something, they can’t properly do truck orders, management is awful “Dom” or whatever his name is; is very rude. They constantly mess up my order almost every single visit, for example my Doritos loco taco extra meat no lettuce, this is what they ended up giving us. Didn’t try to fix it. They need to hire better employees, there’s only a handful who don’t give you attitude when ordering food, they typically forget items ordered also.

Half the time when I even show up through the drive thru for a mobile order, the place is taking 1 car’s order at a time. They have the rest of the line wait til the one car is no longer in the drive thru before taking another order. I’ve watched so many cars infront of and behind me leave the line because of the wait, there’s literally never more than one car waiting by the window to pay– they don’t get past the speaker!

Uhrichsville location is honestly the most difficult to order from, the wait time in the drive thru is absurd, and half the time the order is incorrect. Today I ordered a beef supreme chalupa, rolled chicken tacos, and a beefy loaded griller, along with two drinks. I paid $15 – I think that’s a little ridiculous. The order came out correct though. However my chalupa shell was NOT cooked all the way, half of it was cold & soggy, along with brown lettuce on the inside. Ive visites this location only 4/5 times in the last year because of the poor service and inconveniences.
