We ordered dine in but had to leave because they would not allow our service animal in there and asked us to leave, which we did and sat at the tables provided by Taco Bell. A few minutes later, half of the crew came out and smoked cigarettes right by the door, and it was near where we were sitting and blowing towards us. We all are non-smokers, so we still didn’t get to enjoy our food. Very rude personnel behavior.

It was the worst service ever. They didn’t have that cash register open on inside. The fries where cold and soggie. Wouldn’t advise anyone to eat here. They need to step it up on drive thru. We waited for pry between 5 to 10 minutes before we got our food

Normally, I like Millersburg Taco Bell, but today was just awful. My taco was cold, and when I went to the counter to get a new one she was snooty and rude and took it and didn’t even offer another. There were no hard taco shells, and I was okay with a soft taco, but I would have liked lettuce and tomatoes!! But apparently they were out of that too. The staff were insanely rude and talked about “pyscho customers”. Not to mention we waited 30 minutes!! To make up for it an employee threw coupons at us for “One free taco”. Guess we’ll be going to Wooster more often!

No complaints really about the food, but the prices are starting to get a little over the top of you ask me. It used to be when you thought Taco Bell you thought cheap eating. Not so much anymore. And what in the hell is up with the stupid kiosk that your supposed to order from, there’s no back button. That’s just freaking annoying. I prefer a real person just takes my order. If I wanted to order from a kiosk I’d go to Scheetz gas station where the kiosk actually work.

Feel sorry that they are constantly short staff, and I always try to be as patient as possible with the crew! I’d rather them go slow, learning and accuracy are way more important than getting your food fast. The team is brand new and last week they apologized and said over speaker that it was going to be a wait to take our order. They were doing one order at a time. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER had my food incorrect or missing anything!!! The crew that worked last Sunday you all are Rockstars that did an outstanding job

Visiting Millersburg, stop to eat at this taco bell. Sauce was forgotten in bag, backed up 50 feet mind you not one car in parking lot or drive throu, gentlemen was extremely rude yelled at me and slammed the door. Will not be back.
