The supposed “manager” Nate was incredibly rude. I called them because my order was wrong that I placed on the app (which this particular store can never get it right even though it’s printed on the screen in front of their face). He hung up on me twice and essentially told me he’s too busy to talk to me and fix the problem and claimed it was me with the attitude problem. I will not go back to this store again. They are slow, rude, and the food is NEVER right. Poor excuse for customer service.

Theres only one piece that has chicken, seriously??? And the chalupa shell was stale. Am i in the wrong for wanting them to do a decent job on my order that i paid for? I called in to get a refund and the manager was very rude and mind you this was an after midnight order and he says i had to come to the store before 3 am or im out of luck. Probably will still be working there in 10 years. Learn how to make a taco. I will never go to this location again. Kevin D. was the managers name.

A woman by the name of Amy argued with me about an order I wanted to place and said that they don’t serve the 5$ cravings box,long conversation that had got me very agitated when all I went there to do was order and go home to me and my wife…..I’ve ordered this box here at this same location not even a month ago.

I used the drive thru. I was had a really hard weekend and didn’t feel like cooking although I truly love to cook. I ordered the box of 10 tacos–5 soft 5 hard shell and 2 taco supreme and lots of fire sauce. I’d hire the girl at the pick up window. And anyone else working that day. So good and fast.

I’ve never had a good experience. Even after asking to correct their terrible apps issue, they still got the order wrong. A month ago they were out of lettuce and instead of giving me my order without lettuce, they just didn’t give me the part of my order that had lettuce. The service is decent but their app causes so much issues that it’s not even worth the irritation.
