Good food. I waited in line for 15 minutes at the drive through. Not sure of why it was taking so long but I got up to the window and the nice woman said it was on her because I had to wait so long. I appreciated that so much.

I ordered the breakfast burrito last week, pretty good actuality. I received outstanding, exceptional drive thru service from Penny. This is the first time I’ve been this disappointed. The lady in the drive through completed our order without asking if we were done and then got mad when we said we weren’t done. She then said she had to put the order on the other screen (it wasn’t there). My mother asked how many tacos she ordered and the woman went on a rude spiel on how she thought we were done and of course we weren’t going to see the order.. we asked a simple question. Wont be returning. We asked for a manager and never got to talk to one so doubt they even get reprimanded.

Taco Bell….tasty foods that everyone knows. The service here at the Boulvard Taco Bell is outstanding. Always greeted with a smile, no matter how slammed they might be. They always say thank you and you’re welcome. Never once have they screwed up my meal, unlike basically every other fast food place. Their prices have gone up big time, and they took away the quesarito, which was my go to. If they bring that back, I’ll give them another star.
