Terrible service and bad food quality August 2nd 2018 at 9:55. They were locking the doors in there dining room at 9:55 when the hours were clearly post 11pm. The taco salad they sold me had no shell and charged me full price, staff said they ran out of boxes but sold it to me without the shell in a container with not even chips or something. They said the also ran out of lettuce, tacos had nothing but a small amount of beef and beans, this was not acceptable but sold it anyway without letting us know about running out of veggies. Terrible don’t go!!

If I could give this minus stars I would. Ordered online and paid in the parking lot. Lights on, doors locked, went through drive thru that seemed to take a really long time only to discover that something appeared to be wrong with the computer system on the drive through ordering machine that you talk into. No sign on it just Weird computer wording. Made it to the window. Saw a worker inside. Waited patiently. No one came to the window. Beeped, someone walked by. Called on the phone, rang approximately 15-20 times. Phone picked up, no voices, they hung up. Called back, they picked up didn’t listen to my full talking, they hung up. Called a 3rd time, phone picked up, no one talked, I said I ordered and paid online and no one said anything so I said I was going to call corporate and added that I was seeing other cars were blocked in, they hung up on me again 3rd time!!! Ridiculous!!! I called corporate but of course they were already closed and there was no where to leave a message on their automated (another issue). It was about 9:15 when I placed my order and this location was open until midnight. I left and pulled right back in from the street and after knocking on the side parking lot door, tried the front door and it opened. There were 2 women workers who seemed surprised I came in. Then the one says “mobile order?” Like nothing happened and she says we have no workers. I get my food and let them know I waited an hour and that there were more customers in drive through (realized later it was 45 minutes from when I placed the order) and I didn’t have to show them anything. They had it and knew what it was. Then they walked away with not so much as a word, so very rude and disrespectful to customers. Gives taco bell a bad name. Worst service I’ve had probably almost anywhere ever. There were still a line of customers in the drive through when I left. If they can’t serve customers, they need to put a sign on the drive through and on the doors and drive up window and close down. Duh! By the time I got home my food was cold my freeze was melting and I wondered if they did something to my food and whether I would get sick or not. That remains to be seen but the food still tasted good even though cold. My nacho chips were broken. Disappointed. Wrong workers here. Find better ones! I still plan on calling taco bell corporate.
