Mellisa is awesome and the team was too! Mellisa took our order and enthusiastically repeated it back to us, getting every item we asked for! We had asked for quite a bit of substitutions, additions, and removals on our food and they got it all right. The food was great; good portions, soft tortillas, and they remembered the hot sauce packets. However, Mellisa and the other workers taking pride in their work will be reason we come back.

The person that was in the drive-through before had a big order. They informed us of it I was okay with the wait until my order was all thrown in my bag and soggy. But it’s truly the person who orders 65.00 worth of food through the drive-through.

I don’t normally leave 1 star reviews and I have been to other taco bells who have earned more than one! If you cant tell by my pictures why I am leaving one star I will explain why. First pic taco shell broken in half. Second a burrito if you want to call it that smashed and has a hole in the wrapper! Third taco salad complete smashed and tossed with almost not meat or beans…

Clearly these people don’t listen I said I wanted avocado ranch and nothing spicy on anything , my entire order is spicy and now I have to drive all the way back and wait dorthrm to fix it.

Rude and unprofessional I call to ask what time they would open the doors because it was pass 8 am and the doors was still closed so I decided to call the and a lady answered I ask if the were open she said not yet and then I ask her what time would you guys open and she hangs up on me very very rude is specifically in the morning when all I was trying to do is get breakfast very unprofessional at least say good morning !!!

I live in New Middletown and pass by 3 other taco bells to come here. Not because the food is so much better because taco bell is taco bell but I come here because they have the friendliest workers anywhere and to me it’s worth the extra drove. If you are an owner.. .these ladies who work evenings are always great
