come thru to get food 9 am, the lunch menu is up. ask for a burrito get told they only serving breakfast. hard to order food when the wrong menu is up and got attitude when i tried ask about it. go figure the food came out col. I dont know how this place stays open. attached is photo of the quesadilla notice none of the cheese is melted terrible experience.

I ordered from them and waited on my food for an 1hr when it said it was going to take less than that and then it never came because they canceled it without any reasons. Never refunded me my money back and tried to call them several of times and went straight to voicemail and hung up.

This is the absolute WORST Taco bell ever!!!!! I would not waist your time going here. I did a mobile order and when i pulled in the drive-thru line, I gave him my name and he said he couldn’t take my order because the grill was broken. So I am waiting for a refund and he said it will take 3 business days. This is such an inconvenience you know and I didn’t come all the way to hear about this.

I know working in the food industry isn’t always easy. I did it for years. It’s ashame to hear someone being treated with such disrespect because something happened to half their order and they just wanted to have the food that was missing. It’s not the correct way to approach that situation when you cuss them out and tell them to call corporate instead of trying to satisfy a customer and keep them coming. I don’t even want to go there because of that treatment to that customer. I worked as an assistant manager and you never handle someone coming back in politely just because they want their food for themselves and their family. What a Shame.

I arrived at the store at 9:30 a.m. after placing a mobile order. The store should be open at 9am. I was told at 9:30 a.m. that breakfast doesn’t start till 10:00am and they won’t be able to fulfill my order because of new hours delegated by the general manager. However the store opens at 9:00am so how does food not begin being served until hour after opening, and breakfast ends at 11:00 so you only serve breakfast from 10:00 to 11:00? This location is constantly problematic from shutting down their systems and not taking orders starting at 10:00 p.m. even on weekends to only accepting mobile orders during the day and not taking any business. Honestly there’s a Taco Bell not too far and this one can get shut down. They spent all this money to build this place for them to have the worst customer service and barely serve people because the individuals that work there rather stand outside and smoke weed and Black and Milds. Oh yeah and listen to music and twerk. I don’t even go to this location anymore if I can help it because nine times out of 10 I won’t be able to have service and will need to go to the other location on Warrensville Center Road anyway.

Ordered in app. Waited in line because they were only taking order and pickup for each car individually. Then they were out of the items I ordered when I went to pick it up. Told me to cancel order in app then marked it complete so I couldn’t cancel the order. And I didn’t get food either.

The quality of the food is decent, not amazing majority of the time but not so bad either. Now, the customer service and staff?? Very terrible & unprofessional.
