In a google review, I recently expressed I had a bad experience with an employee at this Taco Bell location. To my surprise, the owner personally reached out to me the next day and expressed his concern about my experience. He genuinely wanted to make things right so it would not happen again to me or any future patrons. I appreciate him taking the time to contact me and will definitely continue to eat at this location in the future.

Place had dirty floors and mats. There was trash under the beverage table. Had to wait at front counter until someone finally came to take our order but the rest of the ordering and picking up our order went smoothly. Lots of value in the Gordito Box.

The food was hot and tasted good. But he delivery was messy. The outside of my container was covered in food along with the edge of the lip lid. Before I even ate my food my hands were covered in guac and sour cream. Slow down just a bit and make sure your not sloppy.

The best taco bell I have ever had i’m so appreciative of that team and a shout out To susan who is the system manager who Just absolutely is amazing because I had a problem with the taco bell app and the delivery was absolutely ridiculous on The door dash driver’s fault because she had stolen my food and because of Susan I was able to get It delivered again through doordash and she made sure it was secure and was not going to be tampered with again. And I am so thankful for her help and how she responded to the situation and she has helped me in a couple instance on these delivery orders that. Have gone wrong and it has always been really sweet. I am thankful for this team keep up the good work. Tyler boulevard Taco Bell. If i’m ever in the neighborhood I will definitely stop in and say hi as I love taco bell food!

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Placed my order on the kiosk, and waited. Not one person asked for my name or if I had been helped. Complete waste of my lunch break. I vow to never eat that sawdust with seasoning again.

This is one of the worst taco bells I’ve ever been too. They didn’t make a simple taco or burrito correct. Barley put any product on them. Waste of money and time. I’ll be calling the corporate office tomorrow since this has been an on going problem since last year. This taco bell is trash plan and simple and needs and employee revamp. The people working here just don’t care.

Go inside at 3:30pm for to place order, lady walks up with disgust on her face, never made eye contact, pushes a couple buttons and announces “I cant log in ” and walks away saying nothing to me, after a minutes person from drive thru comes over to take my order, meanwhile another customer walks in and stands waiting, lady finnaly shows with the same disgusted look and again announces I cant log in, then instead of Logging in or take order instructs the customer to use the kiosk, lady gets paid and wont make any attempt to take a order.
