I went to Taco Bell last 08/02/2023. I ordered $16.00 worth of food and was charged an additional $6.37 for food that I did not order. They gave my card back after they asked me to pull around and wait for the food that I ordered or so I thought. I was wrong they gave me my food about and card 5 minutes later after giving my food during that time charging another customers order to my card. I called this morning they said there was nothing they could do because I don’t have a receipt of course I don’t have a receipt for food that I did not order. I don’t even have a receipt for the food I did order because they neglected to give it back but if I was being dishonest I would probably dispute the bigger charge of $16.00 not $6.37 cents. I should have been more proactive in making sure I had my card before I pulled around. Just make sure you have your stuff before you pull around or off. Also while writing this I realize they forgot my nachos bell grande with no beans. It doesn’t even matter I just want my $6.37 back.

App was not working so I could not make my order. I go to the drive thru and cannot get what I ordered because it is an online only offer. Nobody offered to make an adjustment on price, just told me it could be ordered individually and would cost more.

The best Taco Bell that I’ve been to in years. The staff are what impressed me most, so friendly and helpful, and wearing smiles too! I’m sure my hubby and I are going back since our food was great! Food and staff to be proud of to be sure.

Absolutely the worst service you can find. Employees are not trained very well or just shouldn’t be working there.They don’t know the difference between a takeout order and eat in order or how to give change back. Pretty much on par for the McDonald’s right down the road too

Ordered carry out on the app 6:30 on 12/19 and get the store and it’s closed. Went through app was unable to cancel our get a refund. I was charged the meal and the app says the order is complete. I contacted customer service and was promised a refund. Still waiting. 4 months later still no refund and was told I was lying about the whole thing. Recently went back (my mom asked to go) and counter apparently does not accept customer orders. I waited 5 minutes with 4 customers behind me to be told we have to use the kiosk. One elderly gentleman clearly had no idea how to use the kiosk and staff was completely indifferent to him. My Mom wound up helping him. Next time I’m going to Amherst.

Door dashed tonight and did not follow the directions of extra meat(paid for) for a crunch wrap supreme, and my sons 5 layer burrito only had meat n beans in it,when added extra cheese(paid for) and got none! No mild sauce as requested as well,or even napkins! Smh
