This is my usual spot when my family orders dinner. It’s normally a little bit slower when we get there and some times it’s pretty busy but we never usually have any issues. We always order ahead on the mobile app and pick up inside. The employees are always nice. Inside always looks clean. This is why we come back each time.

Usually decent. I usually get tomatoes when I ask for none but you gotta get that old pre-made food out somehow so now big deal. But it’s one of the only places open when I get off work and I stop by there tonight at 11:15 and they’re closed. Not only that but somebody’s getting food and blocking the drive through so I can’t even get out. But you know, they were closed.

I like Taco Bell when I need something fast to get on my way to work. I noticed when I do go here that the people are not passionate about their job, which I do believe that it does affect how your food tastes. And if I go for dinner, they never give me sauce

Upon entering and waiting at the counter our first greeting from an employee was to tell us we couldn’t order at the counter. We had to use a kiosk. When our order came out, it was wrong. I had to yell from the counter to the kitchen several times to get anyone’s attention. The dining room was messy. A mismatched modge podge of tables were scattered throughout. It was UGLY. It was a terrible experience. Upon driving away we quickly noticed our missed opportunity to eat at Chipotle instead of our terrible Taco Bell experience.

I came thru 15 minutes ago ordered nacho belle grande, I got no meat, a clump of refried beans barely cheese and miniature portion with drink for $8.50. When I called to complain someone picked up the phone and hung up on me 3 times!!!

I would highly recommend driving to the next closest Taco Bell. I ordered one taco and one order of fries. I sat in the drive-through for over 15 minutes and was then asked to pull around and get back in line so they can clear the line out. When I first pulled into the line, there was only one car ahead of us. After sitting there for 15 minutes, you would think they would offer a refund, but instead. He further insulted me by asking me to waste more time for one taco, and one order of fries. The excuse was, there were messed up DoorDash orders. Manager Jerrad has no hospitality training.

Wasn’t impressed, didn’t expect to be either. There are cigarette butts all over the outside of the restaurant. I ordered 2 burritos with no tomato, of course tomato was in there. I had lettuce pieces in my bean burrito which shouldn’t have any, so I can only assume the assembly area inside had random food scattered all over. Did I eat it? Yeah, I knew going in what I was up against. I will not return to this location, I will still eat Taco Bell just not from here. I value cleanliness in a food service environment.

What can you say fast-food is…. fast food but now your not greeted and the computer that now takes your order is against a wall when you walk in,you don’t see it. It needs to be out in front for costumes to see. It’s uncomfortable when all the “workers” are standing around talking about all the people they have yet no one is getting helped I miss the good ole days when someone was standing with a smile wanting to help!!!

Stopped in and ordered a taco. I used the kiosk to place my order. ( I don’t like to use.) Was standing at the counter waiting on my order. When one of the female (bi**h) employees. Told me in a very rude and disrespectful manner that if I want to place an order I had to use the kiosk or I wouldn’t be waited on. I was there on Monday 5/29 around 5:30-5:45 pm. Very rude and very disrespectful female a real (bi**h).
