My recent drive-thru visit was met with high hopes for Taco Bell’s new Dipping Taco Box, complete with a refreshing soft drink, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, crispy chips, a tantalizing chalupa, and a side of delectable dipping sauce. However, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite the mouthwatering description, the reality in the photos I captured was disappointing – no box in sight, and the centerpiece, the dipping taco, was conspicuously absent. While I understand the fast-food nature of Taco Bell, I believe that consistency and quality are integral to any dining experience. Unfortunately, the meal I received did not uphold these standards.

This was my first visit to this new location. Building exterior was clean with easy access. Inside I noticed there were several tables that needed some TLC and the floor needed to be swept. The front counter associate was friendly and attentive. I ordered my food to eat in the restaurant but it was delivered to me in a paper bag rather than on a tray. My order was correct and hot.

I seriously like this Taco Bell only. The North Olmsted one okay, so I order the 9 and I can not have cheese, this store actually listens to me. They removed the cheese and actually gave me soft tacos that ACTUALLY HAD FOOD INSIDE THEM!! N.OLMSTED gave me a butter knife equivalent worth of food in my tacos. Also my Mexican pizza doesn’t taste like it was shoved in a closet for decades and tastes like what the inside of a closet might actually taste like. This Berea location is amazing, and I extremely appreciate them for their food. Also always is my food cooked and warm here.

This is the like the 9th time my order was shorted and wrong. They can’t get orders right. I am losing money every single time I go to this taco bell. Today, I was shorted 3 items. I asked twice before I left if everything was there, I aas assured it was. I tried looking it all over before I pulled away, but I miscount sometimes. We placed an online order at this location. We ordered three meals with drinks. When we arrived they said they couldn’t find our online order then asked to see the order confirmation on our phone. Instead of retaking our order the employee looked at it and said he would remake it from memory. When we got home a whole meal was missing, no sauces were included that we asked for and the drinks were all wrong. I’ve never had a bad experience with the other Taco Bell location in Strongsville but this location was very disappointing. The food was also very soggy.

I am so sick of receiving my order just to find out something is missing. Literally every time I have to check and something is always missing. Then when I think it’s ok to trust, go figure something is missing. I’m so done with taco bell and their terrible service. I switched to this taco bell thinking it would be better but not at all. Just another taco bell stealing people’s money and not giving people what they ordered.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in line. Finally receive our food, open my tacos, and they are crushed. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t even question why they were handing out toilet stall paper towels instead of napkins, or why the cashier thought 3 items needed 26 sauce packets.

They switch to “mobile orders” at 10:28pm?? It doesn’t say that on any sign on the entire building or online. This is the only taco bell I’ve ever heard that at, plus it’s a 1 lane drive through so when you’re at the menu and they tell you that you can’t order you’re literally stuck there lol
